WHY DID I GET BANNED?

why did i get banned? i was in the loading screen then all of a sudden *BLAM* you are banned becuase of hacking the flag cheat? wt* i was in a loading screen it was all grey? whats up with that? please help me.

Sometimes this happens due to an error. Please contact help@tankionline.com. Also, you do not get banned because of using cheats for delivering flags too quickly, you get blocked.

report it to help@tankionline.com, they will check the logs and release your account should everything be kosher.

hey i recently got banned for profanity but all I said was excellent. so after i finished my ban i decided to check it and if you write excellent in the chat it makes it seem like its a bad word-

in other words instead of saying excellent it does *********. PLZ help me thnx!

If you have a problem with the moderation, then you should either PM an administrator (such as Bruce Lunga), or contact help@tankionline.com because they will help you with whatever problem you have.

Nope.He is a Community Manager, not Tech Support.

And another thing, he is not complaining of a Mod.He is just saying that 'excellent' appears as profanity, as *********, which is actually true.
