I have had this a few times, Your internet connection was bad , Bad ping and FPS (Frame per second) I don't think they can do anything, Because the gold box was taken by someone else, so therefore they cannot give your crystals back. Good luck in the future!

I can see your FPS is really low and high ping, which mean you were lagging, it wasn't tanki fault, but you can still try claiming for the crystals, check this out, "how to get your crystals back".

It's actually not Tanki's fault as you're stating. This is due to a bad internet connection. 

Tanki crashes all the time! What do I do? How do I raise my FPS?
