Who actually cares if we, who didn't use the bug, will not get any compensation? You should be happy that TO offered 50 % discount to crystals and paints at the other day, and now there will be 70 % discount for Viking. You also should be happy that TO arranges events where we users can participate and win stuff. To my ears this all talk about "unfairness" just isn't cool.

 

Although in my opinion admins should punish the ones who used this bug. If they don't punish, they will show a big sign that next time something like this happens, it's fully okay to exploit bugs.

 

(I have a feeling this is an unpopular opinion B))

Mostafa was indeed correct, this was a glitch from within the servers, and was in no way intended. The issue is currently being addressed so that it may never happen again. And it would make no sense to do a massive refund as you have suggested, as there is no way to determine who took advantage of the glitch. Though everyone would receive a certain amount of crystals and supplies as you suggest, so would the people who took advantage of the glitch, giving them even more of an advantage than the one they had before.
