[Issue 29] The Ultimate Guide to Smoky

I love smoky. I have other accounts (if any of you higher ranking players think I am a noob) in which I use various assorted weapons as primaries, but as of now, smoky is my favorite (hammer is 2nd), due to the good rate of fire, and the decent impact force against railguns. Even if I can only have m0 smoky, it still works awesome against most players, especially noobs who can't play very well.

Im skeptical of the viking smoky flag capturing thing, as viking is a small target, but otherwise i agree with everything. Worked like a confidence booster here  :D Great job thanks a lot for the article!

I currently have m1 titan and m1 smoky and after I steamroll a enemy base I usually die before killing one person. I assume that you are supposed to use supplies with smoky titan, right? I mean I just can't destroy all the defenders.

Great guide, though a bit outdated. (not your fault,) The one thing I would recommend against Isy is that you should ALWAYS get the white light on his turret, whether by deflecting, or just going behind building corners to break the isida arc, as an isida,wasp/ Viking smokey, I can definitely recommend this strategy against isy.

Impact force and knockback are different things. Knockback is the impact on YOU, and impact force is the impact ON THE OPPONENT.

No, Knockback and Impact force are the same thing. RECOIL is the impact on YOU> And Impact force/knockback is ON THE OPPONENT

I have new respect for this turret.

Before this, I used Smoky with Wasp, and it was fun. The speed, the critical hits. It's really helps your team in battles. You can also steal a few kills from opponents. But, I hate when enemies flatten you with rapid Rico, Firebird, etc attacks, and Shaft ticks me off. I still use it.

Yea rico sucks.... in that it hits hard, does a very powerful amount of damage, and has bounciness

Smoky, m0-m1 eh. At m2 this little peashooter becomes a monster. Pair smoky with titan and you've got yourself a one man army. I've seen some pretty crazy stuff go down with smoky, its one of the funnest turrets to use. You've got good range, and the fire rate allows you to knock light hulls around like ragdolls. Also one of the best turrets to use in clan wars.
