well it is ur choice wether or not you want to fully mu your tank but if this idea is implemented in the game and you see a gold tank maybe you will have second thoughts about fully micro upgrading ur tank.

Hmmm.... This is true...

Should paints also get recognition for being completely MU'd or would that be better kept as a secret???

No it shud be kept a secret because you can't really change paints.

You could just cover the entire tank in silver. Once you get m3+, or m4, it isn't much dif. People will recognize you as long as you play well in combat. They'll probably ask if you MU, and you'll say yes. Otherwise, you can't really tell. Or, if you could choose the color of you beam once you get m4, so they know it's not an m3 gun. Like, rail is kind of cool as gold, but it doesn't look good that much. Having green rail or pure red would be sick.

I have been playing with some higher ranked battles and realized that there was no way to tell the difference between m3 tanks and m4 tanks.

My suggestion is that once a tanked has completely micro-upgraded a certain m3 hull or turret to m4 that the silver or chrome part on the turret or hull would become a golden chrome.

This way you can be sure to tell the difference between m3 and m4 tanks as well as strike fear into other tankers once this gold color is achieved.

What do you think?

bad idea we already have paints so that gold will be covered

1. it's m0, m1, m2, m3 not m1, m2, m3, m4

2. gold wouldn't look that great

3. how can you not tell -.-

4. i agree with thekillerpenguin

the gold wouldn't be a dull gold but rather a shiny gold like what u see on the sides of the gold boxes or what the 3000 pumpkins looked like. when I play with my Viking, the chrome on the sides sometimes looks like a dirty grey :/

Don't talk when you don't know.

PS: It would be cool to chose the color of what you shoot. And for thunder and smoky, maybe tweak the contrast and the color a bit of the explosion.

This is likely gonna come in the Unity version...

gold fixings around the edges would be epic :)

The idea of micro upgrades is that the physical features of a tank won't change. Imagine when you play a PRO battle. Your hull will look different than in normal battles.

Definitely, this would be epic :)

I do like gold plating :p just a bit around the edges

Like I said. It would create a conflict in PRO battles. And why only M4??? Once this update is released tankers will also ask for m1.5 , m2.5 and so on. Not possible.
