Ok,devs have come up with a system to make friends in tanki and that is good, however it would be great if devs made a system in which players can communicate to friends without being on the same server, or even those who are aren't online and i think the devs should come up with a messaging system in which players are able to send messages to each other without being online or on the same server/battle. this would benefit players as they can be able to scedule battle together, and able to tell theie friends what they want without havung to waste a lot of time, so i think it would be awesome if this idea was introduced to tanki and who knows maybe tanki might need to send message to players.

You can't send a message to a offline friend and plans for this system in unity tanki is being implemented but for now use skype or facebook or something.

Well, I used to play a game that included things called 'Whispers' which were like in game Private Messages, I reckon that this is ESSENTIAL for Tanki to have because it is hard to have a conversation with someone in the whole server chat, it's difficult because sometimes, many people talk at a time and sometimes you can't see the messages that you sent with your friends. The other problem is that if you are having a conversation with MULTIPLE people, it is almost impossible to keep up with the conversation and understand what you're talking with. Another things is that, if you go away for a while, you might miss messages that people were trying to tell you. I think that Tanki should make individual tabs, for each conversation with different players, it means that it is very easy to maintain many conversations and talk to multiple people. Including the group/server chat. If you are worried about people sharing accounts, you should make sure that if they send a message with their password, you censor it and if anyone tries to harass someone in these PM's, the player should be able to block that person's messages. Please take time to read this Idea of mine, as it took me a long time to type and if you would like to see what I mean, in terms of the whole Tabs to talk to other people, here's a picture of what I think it should look like:

Here, it has a tab for a message with someone, a server chat and anothe chat. Hope some Tanki Mods see this and like my idea! :)

Yes, but some people don't have an account on the Forum, or sometimes they don't check the Forum at all, they only play on the game itself. Sometimes, if you wanna talk to your friend who's a much higher rank than you, you can't because you can't be in the same battle and you can't in-game PM them. It is so easy to send messages if we use this system!

Hazel-Rah has said that no updates can make it into Unity TO, but maybe with thought, they will make this in Unity. As I have a feeling from various polls and such, I'm guessing that it won't seem much like the current TO. I'm thinking that the friend system will be reworked, as well. If you play other Unity games, you get an idea of what your idea would be like. Go check some out. As one of the Deva said in the V-log, Unity is made for games, they don't have to co e up with a solution to every problem they have, which they have to do in Flash. Great idea!! I really hope this comes out.

This could actually work, though a system for Inboxes would have to be created, and a way of blocking people you don't like. However, if possible and people really liked the idea, Tanki Online could have it's own Social Media site, connecting to the game. It could help players see how the developers are making updates, and clans to get in touch with each other for battles.

This is a great idea! Especially the being able to separate ur friends list in to categories it would be very helpful for people who are in/have friends in multiple clubs /clans like "Toxic legion"(clan I'm in). toilet paper army. Toilet plunger club. Tanki writers group. ect....
