Not Gaining Exp. Points for kills.

When I kill someone in any game (ex. deathmatch, capture the flag, etc.), I do not gain experience points for it except for just once in a while. Also, when someone else kills a player that I was shooting at, I get ex. points for it! Please help!

You were probably in a TDM match. In these matches, scores are divided between the players in the team that has shot the enemy. How many scores you are going to get depends on how much part of the enemy's health you've destroyed. For example, if you shoot the enemy and he/she looses 90% of his/her health, and a player in your team destroys him/her, you get 9 scores.
