Paymentwall blocked me for no reason

Paymentwall blocked me because I think I input the wrong CVC for the card I was trying to use.  There was no option to reenter it, no option to update my card, just one bad number and I'm blocked.  To get unblocked, they want me to send a copy of my drivers license and bank statement!  And, despite the block, they took the money off my card and won't give it back!  This is absolutely ridiculous, I like playing this game a lot but not enough to send my personal info off to anonymous emails.  I've emailed them for days and they aren't budging on wanting my personal info, won't tell me exactly why I've been blocked although I've already stated my suspicions.  It's amazing that they are trying to push away a customer who doesn't mind paying.  

 

Are there any other options?  Do I have to quit Tanki?

Okay, I screwed up, the charge I saw was for something else in almost the exact same amount.  I was wrong on that, they did not steal my money.  But, they still shouldn't block me for entering incorrect info once.  I'd love to just give them fresh cc info, but they won't give me the option.
