Depends on how many emails they have received. It usually takes a few days. If you don't get an answer from them, don't report again and wait. Reporting multiple times will just shift you to the last of the list.

Thank you very much i will wait well , i have one more last question :D its now sale and i have double crystal card so i paid 20.99 to get 240 000 Crystal will that happen or they are going to give me for the amount of 20.99 like theres no sale and no double crystal card?

If you bought the crystals when you had double crystals card then of course you will get double amount of crystals, so even if you get the crystals tomorrow and your double crystals card expired you will still get the double amount of crystals because you bought the crystals when you had DCC.
