New Idea for battle skill setting

I feel like all Tanki players have experienced a moment in a battle where they feel they're doing all the work for the team, while nobody else is trying as hard. It happened to me recently in a CTF which did have mostly lower ranks, but the higher ranks were mainly the ones not even trying. I was doing the best I could and out of the total flags captured by our team, I got most of them, and I hardly even used or picked up supplies. No offense to the other team, but their overall power was a bit less then ours, however our team wasn't battling at their full potential. I think that in battles every player should try their hardest, no matter what their overall impact on the battle is.

 

In some cases everybody may be trying their hardest, but some players are way too much powerful than others. This usually happens because of a player intensely drugging, (which has been mostly fixed by smart cooldowns) or a player who has either bought crystals or OP kits. This usually causes lots of frustration, and the one player getting a vast amount of more points than everybody else, even though they are close to the same rank.

 

So, my new idea is that instead of having rank limits on battles, have limits of XP per minute (like you can join a certian battle if your average XP per minute is between 35 and 40, or somethig like that). This causes players of different ranks to be brought together, but they all have a similar amount of points they get. To find out every player's XP per minute there could be an option somewhere called "XP test" where it would set you up in a map of your choice, but with bots set at a rank around yours with similar equipment. The XP you gained from it would not be added to your actual XP, but would be recorded. After about 5 or 10 minutes of testing, it would open up a set of battles you could join of players who have already taken the test and have a similar amount of XP per minute.

 

If a player tries to cheat the system by intentionally doing really bad on the test and then joining players with less skill and basically owning them, there could be a tracker that tracks your XP gain per minute during battles. If the XP tracker realizes you are suddenly doing much better or much worse than you were doing then you have been doing recently or on the test, it could make you take the test again.

 

I know it would probably be very time consuming, especially with the current development of Tanki Online 2.0. Maybe it could be implemented in the future when Tanki Online 2.0 has already been finished and had most of the major bugs taken out.
