Sale timings for each Community

Tanki i really don't appreciate the fact that i convert your time to mine or mine to yours and have to find out that when you do most of your sales its when i cant play or be online. i'm actually looking forward to the mobile version of the game but until that time comes can you please make sales on different times for each community. The reason i'm saying this is because i haven't really been able to get anything from any of your sales since one they're mostly on weekends and thats when me and my friends hangout or my parents have to go somewhere and i have to go as well, and two its when im not available cause i'm in school or im sleeping. Can you guys please make the same sales on different times for each community. I barely got onto the computer in time for the firebird 70% sale, and apparently i was too late by 7 minutes. I couldn't make the rest of the sales since i was at school and i couldn't even get a proper turret or hull on Tankmans day since the sales were on weekends.

If I remember correctly, sales for individual communities is impossible right now.

Unless someone can correct me specifically. . .I think that was what a Dev had said before. ..

Well, I don't agree with the fact that you want to drastically change the game because you, individually have an issue. Also, I think hanging out with your friends is more important than worrying about a sale on a game. My opinion.

How about we make you the king of tanki? Whatever you say, tanki must do, otherwise old devs gets kicked out and new one come in. Seriously, you aren't bill gates, or some other VVIP who everyone should obey. You ain't the only one playing the games. Also, complaining and suggesting do not mix. Well, I don't agree with the fact that you want to drastically change the game because you, individually have an issue. Also, I think hanging out with your friends is more important than worrying about a sale on a game. My opinion.

I didn't just make this for me alone. Yesterday people were complaining that they couldn't get Smoky off the sale because they were at work and couldn't be online. I was talking to Love_Machine and he said he can't make the sales because they are basically available to the russians, something like that. I agree with him because not everyone can stay awake at night just to see if the sales will be available. I did that on the firebird sale and i wasted my time since i had to go to the doctor. The least they could do is make the 70% sale in the last 7 hours before the server update.

Yeah, I guess it's true. Something should be done about this. Though, I'd much rather have those 50% sales for the whole day rather than 70% for just an hour.

Tanki should make a count down timer for each contest, project sale, etc. This would make it much simpler to understand,

Then it would be needed to Make 3 seperate communities.German, english and russian players wouldn't be able to play togeather and some would be able to use more same sales (e.g. someone has missed the sale but he still can go on other community server and buy something on sale)

Face it, the majority of the community is composed of Russians. Obviously they will cater to them. Not fair? Well catering to the smaller English community wouldn't exactly be "fair" to the Russians as well.

How so? The same sales just at different timings? This is where your logic is low. Its not exactly fair for the English community because most of the English community is the United Nations. Just because a game is comprised of more than one community and one of those communities have more people does not mean that the other communities should not get the treatment and special offers that the greater variety has.

Some people can't make it, and some can. It won't be possible to make everyone happy when the window in time is so small- just one hour.

Though for a sale that big, it'd be very risky for them to make the sale extend.

Next time when trying to bring up logic, first try to understand what it is first. ^_^

The English community is MUCH smaller than the Russian community. And the events that Tanki creates isn't free you know.

Someone has to make it, someone has to program it, someone has to organize it, etc. etc. Obviously they don't want it to go to waste, giving it to a small community, and not getting back enough money. Then, the much bigger community will feel neglected, start leaving, and then you have a dying game.

 

You don't get it that Tanki Online is a business, do you? I understand that it's tough for you to accept that there are limits. :rolleyes:

My suggestion is not going to affect the russians, the reason i asked for this suggestion is because whenever you guys have some massive sale going on people got work, school and they need to rest. It seems like you dont respect that and that you dont believe that everyone should have an equal chance of getting something they want.  Organizing something for different days and different times would still make them money just not as fast. They want money, everyone does i know i do since im broke but things take time and people need to be able to hve their differences. Just like you think all my ideas and claims are stupid, it doesnt matter what you think, i litterally think of what i am writing about and why i am writing it. You people just cant seem to accept me. And also, your calling me desperate for saying you use logic, perhaps you should stop judging me by what i say and how i act, maybe i am different in person and dont feel like wasting my time by typing an essay when i wanna play instead. The deal is, there isn't a clear separation between communities. We all play on the same 42 servers. So making sales that are ONLY for a certain group/country isn't possible as for now, which leads me to my next point. If we were to make multiple times for the same sales, then they'd be available to everyone, which is problematic, and clashes with the main point of this sale, which is supposed to be a small window in time for a massive sale, hence it only being 1 hour.

 

Also, letting EVERYONE have this huge 70% sale would be problematic. It's a business. You don't get business huh? Lol.

And of course their 1st priority would be to cater to the majority of the game. It's easy to think you have a huge voice when you talk like this in a smaller community, but when you step back and look at the whole picture, you realize that there are many others as well.

 

As for the "they'll still earn money" part. Uh, this would be correct if the sales were on drugs. Unlike turrets and hulls, drugs are expendable quickly and can be refilled just as quickly. However, for turrets, once you buy it, you got it. Do you not realize how big of an impact 70% is?

 

To be more accurate, I would call your ideas biased and narrow minded, which thus makes it stupid for the big majority.

As for "thinking." Anybody can think. It just depends on what you're thinking about.

And don't you think it's tough to accept someone when a big part of their ideas are complaints? Especially when they're not open minded and can become hostile at the slightest criticism?

Of course you may not say these types of things in public, such as telling a stranger to get struck by lightning and suffer. But it does show what a person you are. It's easy to show things like that when you're online, ain't it?

I live in the US so the Smoky sale was from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and it was on a Tuesday, so of course I couldn't make it.  I think they should make a separate sale for the US.

The idea of making the 70% sale, is that only the lucky ones can get it, and to attract more people to be online. It's all about marketing. People will even buy crystals to afford the turret/hull on sale.

Yeah, more likely your the childish person here, whenever im in a battle with josan, ou and farhaan the two of you fight non stop over nonsense and when you start using profanity and i threaten to report you fools  then you start using negativity towards me. The reason i never reported the both of you is because you were my friends. And yes i always want to win, most of the time if i have  a chance, but at least i dont need drugs or supplies to do it, like you.
