My suggestion:

Rapid Fire with reload at one go

Fires a 25 round burst each Bullet dealing 1-3 dps

Reload is long around 3-4

Bullets will travelling at around 600 rpm

 

Does not cause too much penetration damage  and its range it limited as it has big shot spread

Machine gun will actually be another twins. If you put reload in it then people will prefer to buy twins as it doesn't needs reload and does deal a lot of damage.
