             2. Getting turrent and hulls after the rank and at that rank( no sense)

             3. and 15% to 35% just that

There already ARE many many kit-buyers.

The only way to keep the fairness is continuous providing of these kits.

Otherwise, newbies who can't buy kits will bullied by elderly (same or lesser lank) tankers who could buy kits.

Provision of the same choices is must.

 

EDIT: oh, there is another way to keep the fairness but there is little feasibility.

The way is : deprive all the kit-deriving things from kit buyers and pay it back.
