Cant log on account for some reason?

When I'm trying to log on my account "Vaittify" in-game it just says "password is incorrect"

 

Yes, I'm sure that im typing it right

Yes, I have never said it to anybody, and it's or was hard one.

Yes, I have tried to recover it but it wont let me? "This email was not registered"

 

What i can do... I had bought lot of crystals... Can the staff give the account back to me? If you send me message i can tell the password what it should be.

 

Please help

Try and do a forgot password  and then there will be a link sent to the email address you registered with then all you do is change your password. Staff will never ask for your password and you should not give your password to anyone as that is the main course of account loss.

I have probably forgot the email i used :(  i tried all my emails and none worked.

 

It hasn't also been destroyed cause i tried to register new "Vaittify" and it said that it's still there.
