Predictable Drops are now live!

Before, crystals were dropping in small amount but more frequently, everyone was able to get some.

Now, crystals are dropping in big amounts but more seldom, only few players are able to get them.

 

Do you call this "sharing" ? While some players will become richer by collecting, others will become poorer and poorer

 

Now there are 20 players waiting for gold boxes in the same spot by shooting each other. You call this skill ?

 

It would be better if you change everything back, even bring tanki old version back, it was much more better.

 

I remember the time when we weren't hearing gold notification. It was dropping somewhere sometime secretly without us not knowing it. It was then only luck and skill, when few players see them they were racing to get it. Then we were seeing on the screen "xxx has taken the gold box" and we were all like "whaaa ? gold box dropped?" it was more entertaining. Now we know everything before they come. Where is the joy here ?

 

If I had found this game recently, not few years ago, I wouldn't register myself here. I don't think more new players will join.

I feel the same way luke.. BUT there is a simpler method by which we good players can easily get rid of muts. Semyon a long time ago said that they will be creating a system by which we can vote those players who we don't want in a team, and now problem solved . no more mults  

Yeah, that was called team kick. You remember it? We had it, but people abused it, and people never used it, so now if you want someone gone you and almost your whole team must vote against the mult and hope a mod appears (never seen that happen).

A player from my team gave the flag to the other team just to team up so he can get 100 crystals..others just go straight to the 100 crystals no matter if he has the flag or if hes losing or winning...

this update is ok.... however, I was just in gameplay and the whole team were crowding around the crystal box drop signs on the ground and it turned from capture the flag to fight your team for the crystal boxes. I also found it very confusing as even though the supply boxes had been collected the signs still stayed on the ground, also I think that the time between the signs appearing on the ground and the boxes actually appearing on the signs is too long.

Supply boxes and normal crystal boxs do not becom invisible after being caught by a player only the gold box bcomes visible and and invisible :)

Congrats Tanki... You manage to turn teammates to enemies... Most of the people don't care any more about the fun of the battle and camping for crystals or "fighting" and cursing their own team mates for some crystals... Nice though and thanks for the plenty of crystals but dudes... you ruin the main idea of your own game .. That's sadly

Please remove the Markers for Crystal Box Drop Zones, and also make the Drop Zones random not just at 1 particular spot. 

Lastly, please make all Crystal Boxes drop at the same time at all the drop zones it will make people run around and roam and less camping the same spots.

--- Sorry, but I think this is not as good as it perhaps might be. In the Silence map, tanks are often just waiting at the drop zone for 100 crystals... The game itself (the fight for the flag, or defending the flag) is sometimes negatively affected by this. I hope this was not the intention.

 

I mean, 100 crystals are fine, but I think it would be better to distribute 10x10 at various places and times (without players being distracted that much), rather than one bigger box in a while.

Another thing about this new update is the boxes show too far up in the sky. This gives the hogs time to get to the spot and block others. They need to fall shorter .

To my opinion the game is ruined. Just crystal collectors fighting. there are no teams anymore. at least 5 or 6 will be sitting on the spot for the crystals. If this children ;s game continues i will consider a waste of money what i spend till now and never use the game again. simply ruines.

This is "literally" a Game Changer but at first and second look, I'm not feeling good about this. The cool downs update I liked immediately, quieting all the noob/drugger talk, but the 100, 50 and 20 crystal boxes are EXTREMELY ENCHANTING to most players and turning them into Crystal Zombies. That's my term, feel free to use it. Seriously, marking where what power up falls where is somewhat annoying as I think anyone playing the game for an hour or so figures out pretty quickly. Also, you've moved the power ups into new locations, which is a bit vexing, but there appears to be many more power ups all over the place. While I don't LOVE that change, the Crystal Boxes ARE Seriously and Negatively augmenting game play .  I'm not saying this to be a poopy pants, I love Tanki, I'm addicted to this game. Crystal Zombies are afoot and it's not as fun when one's team mates have lost their Bloody Minds to some Shiny Boxes offering Little Jerky Treats disguised as Crystals!!!   <_<

Maybe Tanki will have to allow players the option of creating games that do not have crystal drops at all!!!!!!!! That would be wonderful if they intend on leaving this new update in place.  :rolleyes:
