mohnan133 wants me to be blocked.

I am not talking here about my game problems, but i have problem with this player mohnan133. And i will explain you how. First of all mohnan133 is my friend, actually was my friend, he is not anymore, and i know him from very long time through different accounts of course. And now what the problem is, that before 2 months he thought that I have stolen his account U-S-A_90, but i didn't. And in that time i blocked him on facebook, and removed him from friends in tanki. And 3 days later after that, I got banned from chat, it said reason: profanity insult, but i didn't insult anyone. And i after got unbanned, after one week, I figured out that player mohnan133 made fake screenshot, and he was following me through other account named lilas1274 that i have in friends, because i don't know all the players that i have in friend list, so when the lilas1274 started to speak with me, i asked him who he was, and he said that he was mohnan133. Then i removed all players from my friend list except the ones i know, and again after few days i got banned for no reason. So i unblocked that guy from facebook, and he said that he made fake screenshots, even he showed me the one, he made it so perfect, i mean no one would say that is fake, even the moderators, that is why they blocked me, but no reason. But I am afraid that if he continues like this, he will actually block me, as that is the thing he wants, so i didn't know where to post this, i am just telling you i have problems with this guy, he wants me to be blocked, and his perfect fake screen shots, i mean they're not perfect, every fool can make screen shots and trick moderators and all will think that is real. But its not, i think i know how he did it, maybe he starts talking to hisself in offensive way, and he takes screenshot, and he just cuts that part which are offensive words, and that part replace into another screenshot, which where am i talking to someone, and it looks that i insulted someone. Don't tell me its impossible, its easy o click print screen, and paste it somewhere, maybe in paint, photoshop, or etc. and just change the picture, save that as picture, and upload it as screenshot. Plz ban this guy, i can't change nickname, its impossible, i really have problem with him, and i am afraid i will really got blocked, and he doesn't play tanki online anymore. He is just so jealous and wants me to be blocked, because i have already got 4 times banned from chat for no reason. Or tell me what should I do?
