ALSO ich finde es schlecht ohne den Christas boxes weil es gibt keine challenge im spiel wo mann für was anderes kämpft als nur zu gewinnen sondern um Christas und das finde ich einfach krass und noch dazu mit den neuen 100 ist es eifach genial. für golden boxes braucht man zeit um zu überlegen wo sie fallen kann also finde ich das auch sehr schlecht

I guess gold box should be dropped like it is dropped in the experimental basis. Whereas crystal boxes should be dropped in the battle. As we don't know on what basis we will be getting those crystals in our battle fund. Though a big thumbs up to the new drop system,I loved it. Thanks developers.

I think you are just angry at removal of crystal boxes because they were your main source of income. Well I think that since the crystal amount has been added to battle fund everyone will get their fair share according to how much and how good they played and not how long they camped at crystal drop zone. The game is Tanki Online. Not crystal Online.

You talk about I'll equipped tanks. Well play at your own ranks. Then you have a fair chance at winning.

You think winning is bullying. No. They won because their team was better. If you don't like that Tanki provides solo death match as an alternative. Play that.

It is known that the game in tanks is not to collect crystals, and on cooperation in the team, but they are in most players like me who do not have your team and play solo and then what? Another reason is that, despite a higher rank equipment you have as the level of weaker and weaker, and no one will take that person to your team because they will gain nothing and only loss will be the same because of this. By the way, this is (was the last update), one of the most playable games on-line for free of this type, and played in various so I have some experience. Tanki On-line was simple and playable for the time, but now it has changed dramatically, and I hope that will be taken fast response and return to the old system of game-play that most of the answer. I do not need to be painted on the ground where everything falls, without this game was much better and allowed to explore the map, and now it's so banal and instantly know where everything is - in a word, boring!

Please be patient, we are in phase of experimentation. We are searching for a better solution. You will get news in a week and all might be same as before.

lets see if they get it back othewise i will leave tanki

Collecting crystal boxes has been a part of Tanki Online from its earliest stages. However, it didn’t affect gameplay that much – boxes contained a modest number of crystals and collecting them wasn’t worth the time and effort. Plus, they would disappear over time. When developing the new drop box logics, we modeled crystal drops after supply boxes, without assuming that it would escalate the situation. The open testing didn’t unravel this problem either, as each account there had more than enough crystals so there was no reason to collect crystal drops. On release day, we thought that the complaints of tankers were caused due to doubled battle funds, which result in a larger number of crystals in drops.

 

However, we’ve recently changed our attitude towards feedback. We’ve started assessing and analyzing constructive feedback in the forum, counting positive and negative replies, and monitoring battle chats. This has helped us identify where the real problem lies. And we thank you for that!

 

That is why, as of today we’ve removed crystal boxes from the game as an experiment. Crystals that would have dropped in boxes, will instead be added to the battle fund as many of you suggested. Gold boxes are dropped right after the notification, so as not to distract players from teamplay, and give everybody a shot at catching the gold. The experiment will be on until next week. We will then specify our next steps.

 

Enter the game, take part in battles and make sure you tell us your impressions below. Any solution can be improved, and your feedback will help us do that!

Very bad please finish this experiment today ..i dont want to play this game because u have finished all the crystals drops ...ur experiment is very boooooring!!please stop it iw ill be very thankful to u!!:(

the experiment is ok but dont it for all time because everyone dont have time for a big battle to wait for funds and battle to get over so these boxes gives them a littlethe help to get crystals as everyone is not great at the game worst thing to do in this game

OK Tanki after reading all comments and trying out this experiment for myself here is what I have to say:

1. Obviously the gold box update has to be reverted to falling after at least 5 seconds after siren goes off. It can't go on like this. There has to be a mixture of skill and randomness in taking the gold box. The current update depends only on randomness and predictable one depended purely on skill. The older version was better. Make gold fall 5 seconds after siren.

2. The crystal box update is too extreme as was the predictable one. Drop box shouldn't affect gameplay by causing distraction. But their lack causes dissapointement because players could easily collect them when on their way or when battle was idle. ( example when both flags have been taken). Absence if crystal boxes has made battles dull. Only time when battle fund will excite the players is if it is very high( along with their own scores) and if batlle will get over in a considerable amount of time.

 

Conclusion: the old system with some tweaks would work just fine.

Example- make more crystal drop zones but make sure there are equal zones on both team sides. Make crystal box value 1/5/10/20. This will not cause much distraction.

   What a bad experiment .   Gold box drop to fast. I hate this experiment.

Removing the sirens of falling gold box would not be such a bad idea, provided that it will fall randomly all over the map! Then, as time does not matter (delay) and can fall away. It will give a chance for me equal for all as to raise the golden box. When it comes to me, I'm for the idea.

I love you tanki devolpers <3 And making GOLD drop faster is good idea :D now we won't have teammates forget protecting flag and just go right to GOLD , THanks tanki ! you're the best !

I've played lot of games , but Tanki online is the most awesome devolpers , because they are so close with the cumminity , in future Tanki online cumminity will be big :) - :)

and i didn't like removing the crystal boxes what if you was playing well but the other team are stronger and you lost the game 10__0 you well lost all of the crystals that you played for
