At first sight, i thought this update was crap but in the last couple of days i played more serious battles than the whole last week. Honestly, this makes the game better. I see a constant, almost all low ranks don't like the update because it's way easier just go to high ranks battle and farm than play in their own ranks. But for the high ranks (the one's who really played up to the top, not bought the acc in FB etc) is great! 

 

Anyway, i recognize that i have several combos M3 MU'eds so i only play for joy, not crystals.

 

Tanki, you will have to find a way to recompense the players without waiting until the end of the battle, honestly, a lot of players simply suck, they don't have any motivation to stay in the game because even if their team win, their rewards would be minuscule.

 

Final thought, don't bring back 100 crystals boxes!!! Even real players got sucked in the "farm mode"

Unfair? So you must be one of those that changes to a heavier hull, gathers supplies, and huddles in a gold spot, because thats what that time is for some. This is much more fair, as there is a higher chance of someone unlucky or focused on playing getting one.

This leads onto the next gold point. That time you used to have distracts those actually playing. Now it just drops, someone catches it, and back to the battle. Delightful!

i understand u but if all have not enough chances  to take  Goldbox  than its not fair for tankers  its just after 3 sec of notification if u died during that 3 sec  than how its fair for all

Gold notification should appear 30-50 secs b4 gold drops.

Frequently I don't have time to play until the end, thus not having the crystal drops is a big disappointment.  Plus, having the crystal drops forces players who wait at the sides (or snipe from long range) to have to come out in the open in order to benefit from the receipt of the crystals periodically appearing.  Perhaps a good idea is to increase the number of locations where the crystals drop on to.

Ok, so this is what I said before...

 

Sorry guys, this is a bad idea.

 

Reason #1 If you are unable to stay for an entire battle due to time restrictions, and don't collect your share of the battle fund, you get NO crystals. With crystal boxes, you usually get something for time and effort you spend in battle, even if you can't finish it out.

 

Reason #2 Crystal boxes add excitement and another dimension to the game. They draw players out into the open. Some tankers hover over crystal drop points, providing interesting opportunities for snipers.

 

Reason #3 To the lower ranks, 10, 20, 50, or 100 crystals is A LOT. Crystal boxes can be a significant portion of a reckies earnings. Forcing tankers to rely solely on the battle fund may discourage the players who are still trying to hone their skills and those competing with higher ranks.

 

Reason #4 Speaking of higher ranks, those who have played longer, have more drugs, or better hulls and turrets, have a serious advantage. Before, higher ranked players would often ignore the crystal drop points, instead playing for the battle fund. This created an equalizing effect as it gave any lower ranks playing the opportunity to earn crystals and benefit from battles even when they were outclassed.

 

These are my reasons for NOT doing. Hopefully these changes will not be permanent. THX!!!

 

And I'm sticking by that. BUT, if this is absolutely, 100%for sure going to happen, then it should be optional...You know, when you create a battle, you should be able to say "Crystals" or "No Crystals." That way, CTF games and\or generallisimos will be happy, but everyone else (A whole lot more, I should say) will be able to play with Crys. UGH I REALLY HOPE TANKI DOESN'T DO THIS!!!!! The more I think about it, the worse it feels.

Ok, but remember...reckies can't help that their terrible (lol) AND, if any use micro upgrades and\or are higher ranks "redoing' it, they have a serious advantage. Good ppl - all crystals. Those who haven't got their game in order yet - Nada. Zip. Zero. Nothing. Not even a couple crystals for their trouble. Besides, I have a couple little bros who play tanki and they low ranked (relatively speaking) and the battle funds just don't get as big. If Tanki does keep this, then there will be a mass exodus from the little guys stand point. And that is who they NEED because those reckies are future generallisimos.

Interesting concept. I find myself much more focused on the battle and the result and much less on diamonds. But.... some problems:

1. low point achievers will have a realy rough time to get better without being able to collect some diamonds in the field.

2. Same reason - no benefit in joining a battle when I am on the low ranks. 

3. Long time battles, many flag without time limitation battles or very one sided battles are out. I see no reason to get into a battle that I will not finish (hours? realy?) or a one sided battle were I do not see any benefit in joining the loosing side. So i find myself looking for short battles only.

Needs some thought for some kind of a combination

I think think the gold should drop when the battle fund reaches a certain amount since the warning has been reduced by a substantial amount. it would be the right move because then people know when to be ready and people would fight more to drop a gold. And once the battle fund reaches a certain amount. no new players can join until after the gold drops so that there is no gold box hunting. i like the fact that  the crystal boxes are added to the fund because on stadium, its harder to get boxes with an m3 shaft sitting there sniping everyone. its a good update and i approve it!!!

I like this experiment: :)

 

Like about experiment:

1. Less/No persons going after 100 crystals box like its GoldBox

2. Battle funds increase faster 

3. Each member is look toward to win the match there in due to increasing of battle funds and lack of crystals digger 

 

 

Hate about experiment:

1. No crystals which everyone love to see 

 

 

Solution: 

             1. Let no crystal box drop let it be added to the funds.

                      2. Increase GoldBox-2000

Tanki Online this is my ideas. The 100 crystals box was Goldbox in the pass now its like Goldbox in the future. Players dont't play the game,they mult and wait for crystals to drop and less participation in team are lost.my idea in list above maybe can helps.

What if you set a specific rank for which the boxes will drop and on battles above that rank boxes wont drop. WHY?

Because --

People at low ranks come here to learn game and get their tanks and turrets to challenge the higher rank players. Even if they have skills there is a very less possibility that they will top the battle. Resulting in less crystals gain. And usually people dont buy crystals in early ranks.

..

And drop the boxes towards the team loosing. WHY?

As said by you "EXPERIMENTING" today I got to see that people spending too much time for a certain battle wont get a penny if they loose somehow that results in people leaving and leaving. So dropping crystals gives them some hope of getting something or the other...

I know people are crying for removing this but those people are already at higher ranks! and have everything in their garage they need!

And yes it needs to be removed at higher ranks like above warrant officer 5... Because everyone is fighting for the boxes rather than giving any contribution to the team in winning..(coz they are already contributing towards loosing! HAW!!).. ALSO at higher ranks people dont care about any crystals! And they need more battlefunds for costly upgrades!

 

Or give complimentry fund to everyone for completing the battle for more than half the time! And remove boxes So that no one gets a feeling of not getting crystals putting so much effort! (especially for the loosing ones)

And please start a voice chat option for which team members will have an option to get into a group chat or not! Coz people in clans have no problem but what for the rest??? Atleast if you have "team" battles give people the oppurtunity to play as a team!
