Join the experiment with crystal drops

Okay so I've been playing more of it and here is what I've found.

 

1.sure we don't get as many crystal campers now but instead we get even more Raiders and mults which I like even less.

2.people are now fighting over flags and blocking their teammates from capping so that they can get the flag and cap for more points (not saying this happens all the time but it does happen)

 

If I find anything else I'll be sure to post it.

 

Edit: A lot of people are posting about no more mults however they forget mults are players there simply to give more score to the opposing team so far from decrease them this update encourages them. The thing that I think everyone means is crystal campers.

No crystals in the battle field , no one will come out from hide out to get it , which mean no killing . Thats what i notice .

I love this! earlier i thought "I really don't like this..." but today i saw 11 goldboxes and got 2 . this was 2 of my vary best experiences  in tanki online! I LOVE the new update/experiment. but there should be a choice, like for the recruits and people who need crystals, so what i mean is like have a choice for a "CrystalBox battle" where cry boxes fall so people can get some more, but on that mode battle fund should not be doubled.

Another solution would be to give 1/2 to the tanker and 1/2 to the battle fund - that way it discourages camping and harvesting to some degree.

that's great for me .. but it not good for all
i had some ideas ..
- you keep drops the crystal but , should be increased places that drops in .. so when you do that .. decrease 100 boxes .. and the gold box Deducted from the battle funds
and that makes 100 boxes Limits ..
hmm that's my opinion , =) ..
i think that's good , i don't know
but i'm sure the last update was wrong , when you open the game ! you wanna play , not fight for taking the boxes =) !

Played in battle, woodburn had 40 kills 2 loss recieve very little reward other player 8 kills 8 losses 508 crystals  Woodburn  was guarding flag and vital to the win  seems lopsided reward system  not fair  and player team rage and fighting amongst teams  is getting worde for a game that seems full of jerks ready to lose it at anytime this needs fixed soon

This new crystal update is good. More battle funds for players. And for those who say fight over flags, since its worth pts is totally wrong, there will always be people like that, players aim for both pts and crystals, and if there is more than 1 player gettin flag, pts will be distrubuted accordingly, so maybe a guy who stole a flag within 10 m, may just get a few pts, lol.

I must say Tanki, I have been liking this since I never really paid attention to the crystal boxes dropping, and so now the fund increases by a whole lot, and I get tons of more crystals! ^_^

Of course, if you are on the losing team, in which I mostly am in, you won't like it since you will barely get ANYTHING.

And as usual, there is the gold box. It seems that the faster hulls are going to be the ones getting it most of the times, since they can reach the spot on time,  but they have a really high chance of getting killed. The heavier hulls on the other hand, will most likely get it if they are already in the drop zone for the gold box, but the lighter hulls win this round.

It doesn't matter what rank I am, it matters that I have the skill and commitment to play and endure long battles to earn my equipment. Instead of stealing crystals, that other players made fall. 

You already earned most of the equipment you want. It's easier for you.

i don`t really like the gold box update because we don`t have enough time to search for it, and also crystals, i really miss the 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 crystal boxes, they always made my my day, i rate it that you have to change it back :D :)  :D

Change Gold Box to what it was like for 2 days before you changed it again. Besides that, I like it :) More fund for me!!!

players leave early  if their  team is losing  and the reward  for team players is not fair  fighting between players is alot more common and overall team rage is higher   I  know it is not easy to prdict what will happen when changes are made  but this is not going to work

this is the best update ever there r no places for noobs hunting crystal boxes instead of paying attention at the game ,

Frankly I don't like the crystal changes.

 

I just tried to play in a game with 100 flags. Nobody except 1 or 2 players will walk away with crystals there. After 1 hour still only 11 flags on the winning side...

 

Long games are now a problem... and you get nothing if you have to go/connection drops or whatever...

 

for weak players it's also boring now... less options to upgrade. before you could build up crystals.

 

for those saving crystals to upgrade hulls/turrets it will also take much longer.

 

the gold drop being more and faster is good I think...

 

predictable drops change gameplay quite a lot... if you really want to keep it then at least make the crystal boxes relatively random like before. for supplies it can be fun.

omg honestly I love the gold box has just been dropped so good some people who never get it may get it, plus half of the time some people stop for gold box and other people capture the flag many times people capture it on other team for me after gold box will be dropped soon. a suggestion maybe the cry drops can add up to one gold box and every time the cry battle fund gets to 1000 then a gold box drops awesome job tho tanki :)
