Remove crystal drops, but modify distribution of battle found.I

Now the winning team gets like 80% of battle found or more, while loosing team gets 20% or less. 

It will be better to have 2/3 of battle found for winning team, and 1/3 of loosing team.

This way, players from loosing team will not abandon battle because they will have a found to battle for, and the game will be enjoyably till the end for both teams.

Also it will be better for the found to be distributed based on score. Like the first player from loosing team, if he has 2x score of first player of winning team, he will get the same reward like the  first player of winning team.

The math will be:

score_point=battle found\(winning_team_score x 2 + loosing_team_score)

winning team player reword will be : player_score x score_point x 2

loosing team player reword will be : player_score x score_point
