Please calm down, no need to be pissed as you say, your crystals can be refunded in this case. Just follow the instructions in this topic: How to get your crystals back if you were kicked from the battle due to server's fault.
"Fatal error" is a common error, it can happen sometimes, if you play large maps, you will get it more often (more players, larger texture etc).

I would be pissed if this happened to me but I would go blame the mods hope you get your crystals back this is very unfair look at your dl kills and fund you would've got allot

i had the same problem in   noise, i planted  ~100~ mines on the map and i got disconected.. i was in first place and the fund was 54K i rejoined map and i was in last place with no points and without my mins :((

how to emphasize ? They send back COPIED messages 

its so annoying its like after losing hours of fund , u also waste your time writing them your emails , cuz same replies always . how to emphasize huh ? 

i wrote hell big email i explained everything EVERY TIME it happens i send everything to them and same reply .

They get hundreds of mails every day. Of course you need to give them a full and understandable explanation, but don't make it too long.

- provide your proof and clearly mark that the screenshot is your proof 

- give the most important text of your mail a different color, make it bold, italic or underline it

 

Tech Support really wants to help. Just keep your problem short and understandable. I know your patience is being tested, but try to stay calm. It can only work in your favor.

then I disconeccted!!!

first time I moved on. but after few times IM sure  someone @ the oter team had any kind of Permit (mod?). maybe Watcher of any kind
