Ideas and Suggestions to help new tankers!

I have an idea for tanki.
The idea is that when u have an m0 turret or hull you should get to refund it.
The reason is when you first join you want to test all the weapons and tanks and u don't realize to read the info about the tank first.
This way you would be able to gain your money back once you have decided your favourite tank.
This is unfair to the newcomers because the people who have already have accounts know their favourite tanks so they only buy just that and are able to save quite a bit of money going towards m1s earlier than most people.
