Put crystal boxes back in the game!

 

now i have to wait until the END of the battle just to get like 100 crystals and i can't get quick money now when i need about 30 crystals

 

 

 

I repeat, PUT CRYSTAL BOXES BACK IN THE GAME

Why the **** did you remove crystal boxes from the game. Stupid money-making strategy.

Indeed, tanki can make money just by us being online in battles, to get something decent , now we have to indefinately play for the whole battle just to get something, for the losing team, more crystals per percentage just goes to winning team and a small percentage to losing team, no extra crystal collecting, more lag, over competition, its literally a moeny making stratedy, yet they tell us a different story about 'improving the game'  R.I.P team battles, just go to DM

They don't understand. Those who wants to play serious battle without crystal drops could have made a battle using pro battle pass. But to just remove crystal drops is simply money making tactics. They are ruining Christmas for us.

It was a good game. Now it is ruined.

-Right action: Just don't buy crystals for real money.

-Wrong reaction: do not beg them for crystals.

 

Come on, there are >10000 better games now then this version of tankionline.

 

I think that more then 90% reacted furious and demanded the crystals back. Did they listen? No.

So, come on and play other games. Don't forget, it is just a game guys and now it is a boring boring boring game.

The updates in general have been really good for improving the gaming experience overall.

 

The removal of crystal boxes has proved a positive for those of us who play in team games and want the teams to concentrate on fighting for objectives, rather than for crystal drops. Admittedly players (particularly non-buyers) who entered games to primarily collect crystal boxes have been disadvantaged, but although I am not that concerned by it, maybe TO could keep crystal drops in non team games to satisfy those types of players. 

 

The changes in Battle fund distribution seem much fairer now, especially regarding 'kill stealing'. Combined with the removal of crystal drops, hopefully it keep team battles going, instead of the previous problem where half a team might disappear mid game because their side was losing. 

 

I'm happy a time period has been reintroduced for Gold Box drops, however I think the limitation of non-pro battles to 30 minutes is too short. Would probably prefer 60 minutes as a maximum. I would be happy to take part in more pro battles, but there aren't many of them about (assuming most players do not buy pro passes). It would be interesting to find out statistics regarding 'pro' gaming (percentage of pro games organised and numbers of pro passes purchased etc). In the initial experiment period, in longer battles, gold boxes fell quite frequently, however it now seems much rarer in the 15 and 30 minute battles I've played in.

 

Overall though I think the TO devs have done an excellent job with this latest update, and I welcome the idea of 'experiment and direct feedback'.

 

P.S. Night maps sound great, but shaft laser target beams seem to be an over the top reaction in response to shaft haters (and I suppose there are a lot of them). To do this, I feel would be too unfair. The fact that shafts have a limited viewpoint while in scope mode already is the disadvantage for the turret. Furthermore, every weapon has a tell tale signature, but none announce the location/direction of the firer before it is fired. If this isn't just a move to limit shafts, but to give opponents an easier time of locating hiding shafts, then maybe TO should develop a more telling weapon signature for when the weapon is fired, but only when and after it is fired, not before. Yes I play shaft half the time, love the weapon and would not like to see it disadvantaged such. Part of the fun of playing shaft and/or against other shafts is that duel where you are looking for the sniper, who may be hiding and/or displacing. Needless to say, I find that fun both as a shaft and non-shaft player, and though I understand that to many players being sniped is a pain, I believe shaft players already have significant disadvantages opponents can exploit (if they are tactical enough).

Welcome back after a 3 day break from the game, he could no longer play ...

 

Now go back and what do I see?

 

Thanks to you, we've made the final: decision: crystals will no longer drop in battles.

 

I have no further questions, and one thing I can say that I went back to the old game and started playing again, the same me and my friend does not, we will continue to play Tanki in its current form. It is sad that a game which encouraged the daily game gave a slap what they do not pay for a win real money, but you can see that it is more important than providing players with the product they want to play.

 

Maybe it's good, because the game will you get what you pay and what they have improved equipment and will be able to prefer to act up and play their home games ... Thanks other titles on the market will return to favor.

 

Thank developers that I have been forced by their decisions to leave the game and refresh the knowledge of more than one year in another game that will give me entertained, which Tanki online can not now give ... :angry: 

 

I greet you and wish you a thick wallets and enjoy shopping in a game like Pay to Win, and more Pay and more wines :D

 

Unfortunately tanks have been broken, and these games without panache is a whole bunch in the net ... :(

I think the shaft red laser beem target is a great idea except for the fact that they'll be a long red beem pointing,I think thats stupid I think it should do like snipers in real life just shpow the red dot on the tank!!

Last week's system was unfair and stupid but this second update is IMO not that bad. I earned a good amount of crystals today and caught 3-4 goldbox which is very rare for me. So my proposition is make the crystal drop boxes available for low ranks but with higher ranks this new system can work. Now the game pays the work you put in back to you. Even you lose you still have your share.

guys try writing well thought out points and argue them with facts. this is what the devs are looking for. they are starting to take note of valid opinions - not childish spamming.

The new update is the worst update ever created on this game.  This is simply just a way to make tankionline earn more money by making us have to buy Pro Passes just so that we can have a slower paced non timed game.  I hate the fact that all the games are timed and only half an hour long.  I am desperately hoping this is not permanent.  When you make a game that is half an hour long the opposing team still doesn't get the satisfaction of winning the flags when everyone storms in and steals flags whilst the other teams has say 3 members on whilst the others have 8.  I don't mind about the gold boxes or the crystals now but surely you can still have the split of winnings and keep the non timed games???  This does not give those that prefer non timed games a fair chance to earn crystals to help buy Micro Upgrades when we are constantly having to buy a Pro Pass or spend 500 crystals.  If this is a permanent fixture then I'm sorry to say that I feel your numbers are going to drop.  If players feel it is unfair that they can not win then they shall have do what everyone else does and improve their skill.  Not run it for everyone else.

this is just another attempt to stop crystals drop.by now it should be transparent to all players the real aim of these garbage experience,the devs say inproving the game but its actually improving their pockets.very clever .without crystals drop this game is boring and i will quit.

Oh my god, I simply can't catch a gold box, I have to literally make every move I make perfect and exact, I don't know if I

 

need thunder m2/m3 (because everybody and their mama has it) and a colossal hull just to stay alive, but It is just so

 

difficult! 20 seconds is not enough for me!! The only map that I can stand a chance to get the gold is stadium,

 

because the gold drop spot is wide in the open. And desert has all those building and and pipes you have to avoid,

 

which makes catching a gold box a wish. I have said this before and I will say it again, you shouldn't have even touched

 

the gold box at all, it was PERFECTLY fine when it fell with 40+ seconds  time, even if it did fall in random places before

 

the drop box locations ever happened. God -.-

Mixed feeling about the maximum 30 minutes gameplay.

 

It 's good that it stops the whining of some noobs who kept complaining about all of their unfinished battles.

 

It 's also good in a way that it "protects" us all from having to quit a long battle due to a technical error, mults or for another

legit more personal reason. Even though we knew right from the start we would have to fight a long battle.

 

You always take the small risk of being unable to finish a battle. If it happens now within a half hour the disappointment

of loosing a lot of hard earned crystals is a lot less.

 

Still I feel the maximum time should be set at one hour. One hour gameplay is really different from playing two games

from half an hour. The experience and emotions simply become much more intense in a longer battle.

 

I feel a max. of one hour would be a nice balanced time between the risk of not finishing a battle and the thrill a longer battle

often has.

Now many Tankers including myself have the feeling we are forced into getting a Pro Battle pass if we want to play just a bit longer.

That 's not how it should be.

 

Not surprised you as a pro Gold catcher don 't like it.

Well, I 'm sorry for you, but I sincerely feel ALL Tankers deserve to catch a Goldbox once in a while.

 

Why should all those Gold crystals almost always go to the same Tankers anyway?

It felt even unfair if you fought a long hard battle and were on top of the score list with for example a Hornet and again and again

the Gold went to that same Tanker in the usual Dictator who further was not even competing that well looking at his/her D/L and score: but still in the end gets away with the most crystals.

And with this example I don 't mean that the Gold should go to the best player: no, Gold has to be as random as possible IMO.

 

I really like this 20 seconds delay. And if it gets changed IMO it should get 15 seconds or even less and not 25 or more.

 

There shouldn 't be time to change equipment: so it 's not the best equipped Goldcatcher that gets it.

If you want to be a pro Goldcatcher you should simply equip that Goldcatch equipment during that whole battle...

 

A maximum of twenty seconds, and even more that the Gold now can fall close to an enemy flag is good!

It enhances the element of luck so anyone gets a chance to catch it, also the defenders.

Twenty seconds also means that you are able to respawn and activate a Double Armour or Speed.

So everyone gets a fairer chance.

 

Ofcourse the pro 's in Goldcatching will still get the most of them. No problem with that at all!

As long if we Goldnoobs do have a proper chance to also get it once in a while!

A maximum of twenty seconds is never enough, what happens when you get shot by a druggy mammoth and thunder, that is like 10 seconds for him to shoot you, and respawn, don't even get me started on looking for the gold box spot it will waste your time. Obviously you need much more time if you want to find where the gold box will fall, or just be lucky and spawn near the location. Other wise it's not happening My boy!

It's time to make some comments, I'm happy with the XP distribution, the way it was before, in flag games, many times I would battle with someone, just about to beat them, and a teammate came along, one shot, and took the kill, and you'd be left with low health and no points, now even if a teammates finishes off the enemy, you get some points, the gold box, the timing is great, just not happy that the drop zone is marked, I think it shouldn't be marked, it would give everyone a fair chance at getting the gold, also I think that the gold box should drop in the places that it used to drop before, in one of the places where the crystalls dropped, the 10 crystalls boxes, sometimes you need 5 more crystalls, to get something in the garage, before you could go in a game, and pick up a box, and then go buy what you'd want, now you have to play a whole game, even though with the new game times, it's not a long wait, so TO Team, you are working towards a good direction, just some adjustments, and everything will be great.

Forgot to say a couple things yesterday, 1) isida should be able to make contact wether close or far from a tank, I'm tired of people getting easy points, because someone is too close and I can't shoot back, 2) The thunder self damage, a lot of times, when I battle someone with thunder, I'm just about to beat them, then they shoot one more time, they get destroy points on me, but they self destruct, either take away the self damage, or base it on percentage of HP that I take from their tank, so If I have taken, more than the self damage I get the destruct points, or if both tanks get destroyed, share the points, 5 each, sometimes they shoot and self destruct, and you're left with very low health and low reload, then a teammate comes along, shoots once and you're destroyed, these are very important issues, please fix them.
