Can you guys make 2 Gold box drop at same time
but different places so there is way everybody has chance to catch the Gold box :D

Well other choice can you guys change the Gold box to 2000.
Or make the Gold box drop from 1000 in between 3000

Also you could Paint when somebody Gets Gold box they will have (GOLD BOX PAINT) FOR ONE DAY!!!
Or could you add that for holidays to  make the game more fun!.

Instead of completely taking crystal boxes out, could you put it into a costumization option? Like how the night mode will be an option for EVERYONE to get what they want. I liked it more when it was free for all if a crystal box fell instead of being "evenly distributed".

Tanki. First off thank you for listening to your players, and taking their opinions into consideration when making game changing decisions. 

While I would rather have crystal boxes still in the game, just at a lower ratio (for example 1.5 battle fund and .5 crystal falls), I don't have a problem with going for 2x battle funds and no crystals falling at all. 

 

What does need further revision though is the gold box drop. I personally really liked the idea of a gold box falling unexpectedly. That way everyone had a chance of getting a gold box by being in the right place in the right time. It could have been further improved by adding additional drop points. That way people wouldn't just camp close to the expected drop zones and wait for them to fall. 

 

The way it is now is not well balanced. We all know that, in a large group of tanks, higher profiled tanks (mammoth and dictator) have an advantage over lower tanks. Now, 20 seconds might be good on big maps where more time is required to get to the drop zone. That way tanks speed comes into the calculation and balances out those tanks with higher hulls. On small maps like polygon, 20 seconds is too much time, because even slow tanks have enough time to get to any drop zone on the map, hence speed isn't relevant. The major factor that determines who gets the gold box is the height of the tank. Please consider this in any future changes.

 

PS. Also people who lag have an ability to get on top of other tanks. Can something be done to prevent this from happening?

I'd like to thank all friends and opponents for the last 1 1/2 year of playing, however the fun is gone for me.

To reach next rank will probably take me another year and I am not willing to invest that kind of time.

The game has its favourable things, and some negatives, but I feel that Tanki management "suggests" an idea,

and immediately implement that as being the idea that most players like most. I doubt this.

 

So it's goodbye to the game, with regret I must say

Well, I'm not one of the big bloggers here, but since being introduced to this game by my son and playing it now for some month, actually I think almost a year, I do feel and want to comment that there are changes now made I'm not happy with.

The crystal/gold box thing all wen't awol I think when dedicated drop box zones were introduced, why was that?

Now it seems that the gold box has had it's 20 sec delayed drop reinstated but crystals now removed! I've played a few games since they've been removed and admit some games where I've been focused and done well I've been well rewarded, but others where I haven't I've not, and all fair there I'd say. However, the 'crystal' drops and collecting fun now gone, I do feel there is a big void and less desire to play. I admit on a few occasions my son and I playing in a game together would joy in seeking and collecting 'crystals'.... now the blue boxes gone, the one internet game that had me coming back has me less enthused now.

My desire lessened also, because over the last week or two often like now, I'm unable to play as the game is sluggish, and crashing giving me 'error' signs, so frustrating. I know it's to do with a low psf or something but I'm no techi, I just want to play and not have to figure out how to make a game work!!

My thought is that with the growing numbers playing, the servers are struggling, so would need to be increased to capacitate, like I know I'm no techi but today I've tried a couple of games, cleared my history, restarted my mac, but still so poor, I log onto the forum here to just say arrrrgggggg!!!

Ok, so you got the Medium M2 ánd Heavy M2 kit just by playing? Hmm...allright, just have to believe that I guess.

 

If you got these two kits, I got the Medium kit also, why do you need to grab these poor 10 crystal boxes?

 

Can 't you just play? I 've got no problem at all earning plenty of crystals in these battles without crystal boxes

u know whats .. those poor 10 crys boxes makes this kind of game.. 

FUN .. for fast pacer gamers like me. without them, the game became dull n quiet boring.. again, for people like me.

 

like i said before, i'll take a break playing by now,  just log in to grab my daily bonuses   :wub:

 

hope v cud meet in battlefield when i'm feels like to come back someday ... but i'm not promise..

I don't see how the updates made the game less enjoyable.

 

The balanced prize funds are a welcome change, I think tankers are staying and playing for the team. I've only encountered one ill-tempered fella who really wanted me to give them the flag - that can be cool but not as he had more points than me.

 

I'd probably agree that the Gold Box should just drop without warning. But as it is now it does work as a welcome distraction if the other team all decide to run at the Gold Box drop zone in CTF. I've had a couple but only when they dropped in my line of sight. I got my boxes driving my Hornet, don't need a heavy tank in some maps but did need to armour up to survive the grab. There's almost no chance of getting a Gold Box if you die immediately after the drop notice - you simply don't spawn fast enough.

 

Overall, I'm in favour of the recent changes.

Ok, you got them fair enough, but again I can 't understand why you with such OP equipment

need to grab crystals? You should be able to earn plenty of crystals with the increased battlefund.

 

Just finished a DM, ok this one was with triple fund but even without: with the new system you can earn

much faster and more crystals than before.

You just have to get used to fighting a battle without grabbing crystals, that 's all.

When I started Tanki I soon fell inlove with DM 's and in DM 's I soon learned to ignore the crystalboxes

the hard way. ;)

 

I 'm playing with the Viking now, which is the better choice in DM, but I also prefer a more fast-paced game

just like you. From my next rank I will be playing with the Hornet M3.

To your comfort: nothing wrong with taking a break. Did it also once for some weeks and

after that break I played better than before. Don 't know how that works, but it did.

edit: the part about ignoring the crystalboxes isn 't completely true. I also made a detour if there were a

huge amount of crystalboxes concentrated in a small spot:

pretty similar to what happened with the 100 crystal drops...

Hey Tanki Online developers!!! I was wondering if there was a way to incorporate a pre game setup window. And perhaps maybe an option to have preset tanks plus in game hotkeys for a different tank setups! the reason why i bring up the topic is because before i enter a map i feel rushed to go to my garage set up for a match then go back to battle window and click the match i want (since for some matches people are contesting and bickering for the spots). As well, sometimes i find it quite a waste of time and dangerous to load up the garage in game. Many things can happen while your looking for the right tank for the right match. so i suggested the in game hotkeys for preset tanks. This game is extremely exciting and fast paced, therefore fun a fast paced ways to making your tanks, which by the way to me is the most important and most talked about strategy to the game, i believe is required. i apologize as this might not be the correct window to post this but I'm not exactly sure where to post for other development requests.

 Hello everyone! I want these powers went and came before and the same battles as before long as an example: if a battle flags 80 ends when the last post was aya  and can also be purchased crystals by SMS to Venezuela

In all honesty you devs have just taken the point out of me playing tanki anymore. I LITERALLY HAVE TO SEARCH FOR BATTLES THAT HAVE ABOUT A MINUTE LEFT TO GET ANY CRYSTALS. I prefer the non-PRO battles being 30 minutes or less.  I'd like to see the 30 minute non-PRO maximum return.  It allows more of the players to be present at the end of the battle and receive the crystals they earned during the battle.  Also, longer battles result in more players leaving if their team is losing.  They don't want to wait a long time to just lose.  This causes battles to become one sided with many more players on the winning team and comparatively few players on the losing team -- thus everyone loses because very uneven battles aren't fun for either team.

 

I'm glad that the team that loses can get up to 40% of the battle fund.  If you stay in a battle you should have something to show for it even if your team loses.

 

The 20 second notification for the gold box drop seems about right.  I'm glad the crystal box drops are gone.  They were annoying because so many players were distracted by them and some players were only in the battles to collect crystal boxes and do nothing else.

I don't like the idea of adding a view-able laser to shafts.  It will cause everyone in the battle to focus on the shafts and the lasers will be a sight distraction for all.  I do, however, like the idea of a red dot appearing on the ground showing its aim when a shaft is in scope mode, just not a laser to follow it back with.  Maybe shafts only need a view-able laser extending from the tip of the shaft for about the length of two tanks and then it fades away?

Hi tankers...

 

Why why why? Why did u do this? This is worst update of time in TO.

 

1. Why did u remove old kits ? I saving crystals 1 year and i have almost all crystals for ricochet and mammoth and you cancel my chance for good tank. I must  have very, very hight rank for inferno. Why did u do that? I hate it

 

2.Why did u remove crystals ? WHY ? Now when u want crystals u must win battle but when u want win battle, u must use druggs. I havent got druggs. It was error. I must buy druggs and i havent got  chance to get crystals...

 

3. Why i must play tanki? I havent got nothink target. Why i can play TO ?  It was error too. Prices are very hight and i havent got more chance to buy m2 and m3 equipment. So i must hight rank for it too...

 

4. Why did u do 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 crystals boxes when you remove it after one week ???? Are u fell on head ?

but indeed 20 sec. seems about right

As Tanki says in the video-blog 24: "we understood that Shaft in its current state conflicts with our idea of a dynamic game.

A Shaft sitting in ambush is an element you can not predict. A player doesn 't know when he or she can be destroyed by Shaft."

Mixed feelings about this one. I do agree with your view on the matter,

still I would also like to keep the possibilty of an one-hour battle.

 

Maybe Tanki could build-in some automatic "game-enders"?

For example: if one team is clearly winning and if consequently a certain amount of players on the loosing team leaves than the game automatically stops.

Didn 't give it much thought though, but something like that could solve some issues with longer gameplay I guess.
