hi,I read your post and I have an opinion about this. For first, I like what you wrote, because you try to explain your point and you did very well. Now I try to reply, I hope you read this.
 
Your complaint about supplies are true: we all see lot of battles where players with more drugs will win.I have something to say about this, I try to explain myself.
 
During the last months, TankiOnline start to manage this problem: they introduced 'smart cooldown' and since then we don't have '234' anymore. and a few weeks ago, TO deleted the 1000 drugs kit with 70% discount. IMHO it's a good idea, TO started to do something against 'druggers'. 
 
BUT ... but ... they can't do more: why ? because players who buy drugs (and lot of players buy tons of drugs) spend 'real money' every week. I know ... everybody (me too) wants a free game, but server cost real money, programmers cost real money (I am a programmer !), designer cost real money, etc. etc. 
 
Last thing: please don't call TankiOnline 'greed' ... they don't deserve it. One example ? every day http://tankionline.com/ have thousand of visits, but they don't put advertising  (Adsense for example) ... and IMHO it's a good behavior.
 
I hope someone read this: may be lots of players will disagree, but at least a few would agree

With the 100 crystal boxes drops everyone will like going to go get this crystals. It was the greatest thing you came up with and then 3 days later, you get rid of it what is wrong with you tanki worst update ever and acually listen to the post instead of making whatever the **** you want 

A large proportion of the community disliked the 100 crystal boxes, since a lot of players completely ditched their team just to collect them, so your statement that everyone "will like going to go get this crystals" is not true.

Just remove supplies then everyone is happy. It's pathetic i was just in a battle, 2 'issimo's against a brigadier and field marshal and they use drugs along with their fully mu'd kit. it's really really pathetic how they, and lots of other players, hide behind drugs.

I am sorry that I can upvote this only once.. I would gladly give a week's upvotes to this one, because it's the most complete explanation for Alternativa's actions I have seen in the last months.

 

It's all about money, more money, ridiculously much money. More than one can use to buy serious goods.

Removing the extremely cheap supply kits was not a bad decision. Also to introduce some new less discounted, without DP included. The shorter active time makes them more expensive. All these motivate drug buyers to spend considerably more real money on supplies, especially DP.

 

On the other hand there are some changes which makes the life of a lower rank player very difficult:

  1. ProBattle pass costs the same for everybody, but still I feel it expensive as Brigadier. I will definitely buy some after ranking up. But for a lower rank player it costs a fortune, and it is not fair.
  2. I bought some crystals twice, but first only when reached WO5. Before that I relied on cry collection in battles including the drops. The today system would highly demotivate me to stay in the game long. And I developed only my Hornet/Railgun combo. 

    All in all, the today ranking up speed is too fast compared to cry collecting possibilities.

    Having a lower rank I would need an Anti-ScoreMultiplierPass, that is a way to slow down my XP growing. Of course in the way that does not influence the share from the battle fund.

 

Taking into consideration the actions TO has done recently, we can expect the following:

  1. The daily gift will be removed or reduced dramatically, so that you have to pay even more real cash on the game
  2. No more 70% discount on hulls, turrets and paints, only on supplies (to make you more addicted)
  3. New turrets and hulls coming will be highly over powered to motivate users buying them. (After some time - when a lot of players bought that - and lot of complaints received they will "listen to the users" and introduce a "balancing" of them.)
  4. These above are quite obvious, however I have some even more evil ideas how to get high ranked players pay more cash ... 

But all these should be balanced between the more income and less player staying with the game. I do not think that TO would have appealed to me without the opportunity to play it free for a long time. Now this opportunity is reduced a lot.

Simple truth - nowadays more and more CTF battles are left without the players on the LOSING team as the game is coming to the end.

 

This means often being bored for the last 10-15 minutes (if you decide to stay and claim for a reward at all that is), which is even more obvious now than before the update. This has been noted comparing i.e. the last 50 or more battles. Obviously people came before to pick at least some cry collecting the 10 cry boxes, knowing they practically can't really win. Now they have no real reason to play and rather go and find another room.

Agree. In the past you could quickly end up a CTF with flag limit. Now this opportunity exists in PRO battles only.

I found a couple of boring ended battles on the winning side. Also, I left a few battles from the loosing side, because even the limited share did not motivate me to stay. This does not always happen, though.

Horrible drop zone for gold box.You must be kidding! Gold box drop in enemy base???!!! :angry: .

I kinda tired of these experiments.

 

I will take a break from this game a few months.Maybe you will stop with experiments

well theres a slight improvement you guys at tanki tech team can make. at the end of each game the guy with most kill gets the most crystals, while crystals should be distributed by lokkinf at kill/death ratio, if a guy A kill 50 but gets killed 25 times and another guy B with kill 49 but gets killed 10 times the in my opinion B should get most , why!!! because you are giving points for his dodge skills too. dont know if this sounds right or not. so would be better if other can verify it

I think only the TDM needs some improved scoring. In TDM the NET KILL should be the base of the scoring, for the simple reason of each of your death is point on the opponents score card. If you kill 50 but destroyed 49 times, you added only ONE to your teams real achievement.

   Please explain  the concept that how will the Gold Boxes will dop now!!!!!!!


First they were dropped if one player catch the crystal box, there was 1 out of 7000 (or may be more)% that gold box will drop, how will it drop now????

I almost completely agree with you. What is more, I think your thoughts are not contradicting with that AR12GAMING wrote (beside some adjective and way of putting).

I don't quite agree. The net kill does contribute to the winning side, but how about isida. They have a usual negative balance in kills, since they get killed by enemies more often, but can cure a lot of friendly tanks and this way contributing significantly to the victory. sorry, but your suggestion therefore does not reflect the real contribution to the winning side.

This update is awesome in 1 hour I earned 15k this update links to skills of the player before I used to play like 5 hours but I could get only 2k and some noob could come in between and steals all crystals boxes :'( :( so I appreciate this update but it also have minor problems they are 1. We should play untill the match get completes to get crystals

2.if we are winning the match but in last 5 min if it is changed ( mean the other team wins) and which we are waiting for crystals from hours ,all the fund goes to them :(

3.I think there should be 10 crystals boxes at least

4.i think gold boxes fund should increase between 1000-3000 all will be curios waiting for this gold boxes and this can make the game extremely interesting :)

You are right. I did not take into consideration the Isida curing. There is also an issue with the score sharing of a killing too. Still I think the NET kill is an important factor, but not as easy to implement as the Isida or any damage contribution shall be taken in account, too. 

 

Anyway, any death of an Isida the same way punishes its team as any other team member's. So, lets refine the idea:

The aim is to motivate the players to maintain less death in TDM. The solution would be to create a kind of death-score from the no. of deaths. (E.g. by multiplying it by 10)

This way the base of the final result in the team would be calculated this way:

Score (so it includes the Isida healing, too) - (no. of death * 10) 

 

The result:

Even though you do not kill any enemy but damage effectively a lot or cure your team mates, you can achieve a really high score. On the other hand any destruction of your tank would the same way punishes you as your team in the final accounting. So, you would be motivated to maintain your number of deaths.

If one player plays the best but his team mates are morons, under this system he will be facing the heat because of them. Picking up crystals was an added fun and now it is gone....BAH! Reconsider your act game managers! :wacko:

well.. u just want me to just keep fighting all the time in this kind of war game?!.

 

owh!... no!  i want more. .. i want more than that.

i'm less interested (or just get boring by time) with all kind of 'end rewarded' games like angry birds, kingdom rush and so on. (i like kingdom rush once.. before i beat that game  ;) )

 

i like this tanki b'coz of the exciting 'live' interactive activity in it. Mults, druggers, saboteurs, backstabbers, killer stealers, noobs and whatsoever you called it and of course  the spoils of war, (they're supposed to be in the battlefield) for me, is the best parts of this game. they r the real enemies in the war. aren't they? .. n so to booties. i have no issues at all with all of these thing. just bring it. that's what i want in this kind of game. faced them all is what i called FUN in tanki.

 

poor 10 crystals boxes.. i'd RATHER they TOOK GOLD BOXES OUT of this game ... than this poor booty.    really. this is my side income.

those GB is just a lottery for a very few of us .. i don't really care if someone catches that.  let them be. but ..this magic poor 10 crys boxes help me so much to get me into my now 'big brother coat' in this entire game.

i usually play with my horny freezer (or rail sometime, when i like killing). as an experienced officer, you absolutely knows how this kind of tankers does and treated in battlefield. right!.  ..and often, they are going to steal the flag, yet an easy small health target for whatever turrets.

honestly, i don't really care bout my death count (many of us hate this. nm.). .. coz i know that'll help increase the battlefund (more kill, more fund isn't it?). i like stealing the flag. y?.. coz i loves annoying enemies arround me with my freeze (this is what i like the most! :D ) .. but i didn't like catches, (though it'll increase my fund) i rather gave it to my mate. y?  ..coz i wanna keep my xp low. with this style of play, yes!, i need to grab those poor 10 crys boxes as my reward. and yes u can hate me for my style. v r free to choose our own style.

since i'm in a low rank now, but compares with what i've gotten, (yea.. i'm a noob wears 'big brother coat",  u can hate me for that. i have a bunch of supplies stockpiles .. which means  ..  i ain't a drugger too.), i beat this game. hate me all u want.

 

Now, i look this game is only for some serious war personel, dreamin' some goldbill droped beside them and hope all thier buffalos soldier obey their warbook's rules.  It's boring u know!  ..may be it is interesting now, but after sometimes u'll get tired. 

 

ok! i'll take a break playing now. sorry if i sound not nice but i love this WAR game.

WE WANT THE CRYSTALS BACK...... we need them as a reward,,,,we need them for upgrade...we dont have money to buy them all the time..you have to be fast and lucky to get gold box....we dont have much time to play for hours to finish th battles.....so many players leaves the battle and the gold box is only a dream or a lucky shot....the players that the dont want crystal boxes i  believe that they have money to buy.....most of them are in high rank and dont care about low rank players....and many of them are hackers.....i have seen lot of them ....yes my dear TANKI ....IT IS TRUE ...check and find them.....players dont be angry with me....i am telling the truth....

Anyway i believe that the game is more interesting with crystal boxes....also i have to say that many times i was collecting boxes too.....BUT..

 i was taking aplace in the midlle of the fight just to clear the pass for team players to go catch the flag.....i am not so fast..so i was taking the crystal boxes near me.....SO WHAT?..this was my bonus
