about that "hate" .. as you already know, there's not only us who read what we write here. i didn't really mean it to u exactly. i know, there's some 'so serious skilled war personel' wandering arround here.  i'm sorry if u feels uncomfortable.

Hey i have an idea for the game.
I hate it when you have battled really hard going to get loads of cry and then your parents need the laptops so you have to give it.
Even if you just press the x button and quit the money you would have received goes straight into your account.

Next time you log on it tells you how much you gained.

WE WANT THE CRYSTALS BACK...... we need them as a reward,,,,we need them for upgrade...we dont have money to buy them all the time..you have to be fast and lucky to get gold box....we dont have much time to play for hours to finish th battles.....so many players leaves the battle and the gold box is only a dream or a lucky shot....the players that the dont want crystal boxes i  believe that they have money to buy.....most of them are in high rank and dont care about low rank players....and many of them are hackers.....i have seen lot of them ....yes my dear TANKI ....IT IS TRUE ...check and find them.....players dont be angry with me....i am telling the truth....

Anyway i believe that the game is more interesting with crystal boxes....also i have to say that many times i was collecting boxes too.....BUT..

 i was taking aplace in the midlle of the fight just to clear the pass for team players to go catch the flag.....i am not so fast..so i was taking the crystal boxes near me.....SO WHAT?..this was my bonus

I haven't had time to play with the new  changes yet, but from reading what you wrote - I like it.  I've also read some of the comments on the forums - some people do not like the changes.

 

Here's a suggestion.  Let the creator choose whether he wants old style or new style for that specific game (in regard to crystal box drops).  Then team members can decide if they want to play that style.  In fact, why not make each option that people are complaining about; a choice the creator can make?

 

That way, everybody is happy.

 

i.e.:

                                 Old Style          New Style

Crystal Box Drops          [ ]                     [x]

Drop Zone ID                 [ ]                     [x]

 

Something like that maybe.

 

Another thought:  You could put the above options/complaints in "preferences" so that it doesn't become a hassle selecting it for each game.  Most people are probably going to choose one way and stick with it for all their games.  But it's still changeable if they decide they want some variety.

This update is awesome in 1 hour I earned 15k this update links to skills of the player before I used to play like 5 hours but I could get only 2k and some noob could come in between and steals all crystals boxes :'( :( so I appreciate this update but it also have minor problems they are 1. We should play untill the match get completes to get crystals

2.if we are winning the match but in last 5 min if it is changed ( mean the other team wins) and which we are waiting for crystals from hours ,all the fund goes to them :(

3.I think there should be 10 crystals boxes at least

4.i think gold boxes fund should increase between 1000-3000 all will be curios waiting for this gold boxes and this can make the game extremely interesting :)

Let me ask you something dude, how many supplies did you spens in order to make those 15K you speak of? Don't tell me you didn't drug all the time, big time... Did you count if it really was worth it?

Just remove supplies then everyone is happy. It's pathetic i was just in a battle, 2 'issimo's against a brigadier and field marshal and they use drugs along with their fully mu'd kit. it's really really pathetic how they, and lots of other players, hide behind drugs. 

No, not everyone would be happy - you would be happy.  I would not. 

 

If you were around in the '80's, you'd know that these "drugs" as you refer to them and the "supplies" as TO refers to them, are traditionally called "powerups".  Calling them "drugs" and "druggers" is clearly meant as an insult on your part.  There is nothing stopping you from collecting or buying powerups other than your personal issues that have no place in a game atmosphere.  They only last 45 seconds, and yes some of us need them to beat the unstoppable behomeths some of you play with.  You don't like to lose, nobody does.  Why should you have the complete advantage over everyone else all the time?  I've had to hit some of you 10 times or more.  Powerups enable weaker weapons to overcome stronger armor from time to time.  (More after the following quote.)

The main problem is that players insist on going it alone, generally due to selfishness.  If you've studied any real war situations at all, you'll see that the larger ships in a navy force are supported by smaller gun boats that protect the bigger ships.  The bigger ships hold the big guns and destroy larger targets.  To relate it back to TO, there needs to be teamwork between players, each supporting the other, instead of the typical "me me me" attitude where players rudely force others out of the way, (flipping them and/or intentionally pushing their teammates over the sides of buildings/cliffs, forcing them into the path of enemy weapons so that they can pick-up the flag that player was holding)  to get to whereever it is they're going so they can score more points.  That's fine in a DeathMatch, but not in team play. IMHO.  Those very same players then yell for help when they get into a situation.  It's rude and pathetic, IMHO.  I understand that a large percentage of players are children, but even children need to learn how to share and support others.

Also can you increase the drop rate for gold boxes between 1000-2000 battle fund,this may keep the players killing more to get the gold and fund will increase which makes the battle fun  :)  :D And can you make the cost of the health kit supply lower.Because lots of people complain about the price and how wasteful it is in small battle funds. please decrease the number of drop zones for gold box.Finally the lag in these games are insane! :angry: Please fix it,ever since the predictable drops my fps dropped rapidly and my ping raises constantly. In battles like noise all the people get freeze and use drug's which makes the battle less fun.Even when we get close to capturing the flag they freeze us and return.It gets very annoying at some points which makes people leave.

FPS is Frames Per Second.  That's YOUR computer processing the graphics.  Close some windows, and/or get more memory.  Tune your computer.  However a better idea is for TO to replace the flash graphics with HTML5 and AJAX as flash is 90's technology and is a dog - it's not helping the situation at all.

 

PING represents your lag.  Lag is probably due to a router in your path between TO and yourself.  Try opening a command window and typing TRACERT tankionline.com  Post the results here - or wherever the devs and/or their network admin would prefer to see it.

 

If you see * * * * in  your results, then you've found the culprit, and it's unlikely that it's TO; but TO network admin should have a better idea of whether or not they can help.

I have grown used to the new update, although i do not like it, but can u please bring back the original gold box drop zones. Because the only thing really really exciting nowadays are the gold boxes, but i always cant find the zone where it drops. It is very frustrating to suddenly see the notification "TankerNo.1 has taken the gold box" while i still have hope and i am still searching.
