The fund distribution was made so hat even if you just lay to the best of your ability and get beaten by "buyers", you still get some of the battle fund. You can't just expect to get free crystals for doing nothing "because you can't play well", that's not how it works. That's not how any MMO will ever work.

Guys first of a crystal boxes are a huge distraction. Tanki is a game of destruction, not getting crystals the whole time. Second thing, Gold boxes have increased by like 3 times. Stop complaining about no crystal boxes and just play.

I do, and I work hard. I'm glad with the new fund distribution, and I'm glad that crystal boxes were removed. I just think it supports buyers too much... They can buy tons of equipment that I work for and save up for, and then I have to wait for sales, but gaining crystals is now easier actually :)

Well, with the original crystal system, people could collect enough crystals so that when they achieved next rank, they could buy the best possible hull or turret or paint for that rank. Achieving this without buying is extremely hard. Buying will probably become the norm for those who haven't already multed enough to get what they wanted  <_<

this sabotaged my "crystal production" ,and no I don't like it.

another flaw about this is that did anyone noticed that the update of different values of crystal boxes, it just lasted for a few days, perhaps even two weeks because of the experiment of crystal boxes taken away and adding it to the battle fund for more gold boxes.

due to the fact that people liked it, that update of the different crystal boxes, I say it was pointless for adding that update...

I think removing the boxes was a bad idea;

yes, it does prevent crystal grabbers and campers... But most don't do that, and people like me end up using 3000 cry worth of drugs to get a measly 200 reward at the end when our team loses... and the top winners only got around 900...

So my point is, return the crystal boxes! they provide good quick funds and you had just set up a nice drop value system (5-50 crystals a box) and then couple weeks later, they're removed from game!

 

 

EDIT: also I do not think the value of crystals that would have dropped is added to the battle fund... Haven't seen much change to it.

I don't see why everyone keeps complaining that crystal drops are gone.  The developers made the change, so we as players should adapt to it.  I for one enjoy not having to worry about crystal drops, and because of that, I usually end up in 1st-3rd place.  By focusing on the battle, and not crystals drops, (which I did do after the 100 boxes were added) I can usually guarantee at least 200 crystals per 15 minute battle.  Also, for those who think the crystals that would have been dropped in boxes are gone, they are just added to the battle fund.  That's my advice, sorry if it came off like a tirade. :P

Be an optimist. You can do absolutely nothing and watch your team get wrecked by druggers 100 flags to 0, yet you still get 20% of the fund they made for you. Before you used to get NOTHING.
