Taking blue boxes out of the game was the worst idea ever.  Now its impossible to get any crystals.  I don't care that its going to battle fund.  BRING BACK THE BLUE BOXES!!!!

That's why they remove it because it blocks the enemy's face because of those crystal boxes and high ranked tankers also ignore it because they're rich, they manage gold boxes

I don't see why everyone is so angry about crystal drops being removed.  I enjoyed them too, but now that they are gone, I think it is best to adapt to the change and work on improving your skills so you win more of your battles.  Even without crystal drops, I have two M2s and ten other M1s, as well as enough crystals to purchase another M2 on the next sale.  Even with crystal drops gone, one can still make a good amount of crystals.  (and this is with only 30 minutes of playing time per day)

Since this update has been out for a while, here's my opion/observations:

 

1...Players no longer camp in crystal drop zones

2...Low ranking players no longer go into high ranking games just to collect crystals. Of course other updates have prevented that to a certain extent, too.

3...Players no longer fight over the dropping crystal box. Now, they fight over the gold boxes, which aren't as often.

4...Battle funds are higher since the crystal boxes were taken out. I've noticed even the losing teams are getting more crystals out of the fund. The downside of this is, if a team is losing, they have a tendency to go for high score after getting one flag (CTF) instead of trying for more flags. When the crystal boxes were still in, at least they would fight for more flags, now they don't. The strategy is to gather around the flag hoping for kill points.

Players are playing harder to get crystals and helping team more, not just colecting and driving around. I think its prety usefull.

I really don't like that they dropped the idea. with crystal boxes  you get more crystals plus your battle find = awesome.

The crystal boxes have been added to the fund, so now you simply get more at the end of the battle and the fund is distributed evenly between the players depending on how much they earned, not how much they collected off the ground while sabotaging their team's game.

There Was No Need Of Introducing That 5 - 100 Crystal Boxes And Removing Completely .
