V-LOG 24 — New turret?

Groovy for the new turrets, but I hope they are not wasteful use like some turrets are. 

More weapons need either consistent non-stop firing like the Twins (which I cannot stand and needs to be banned) or more of a break, but not as long a wait as Shaft/Railgun. What will be the costs and rank qualification upgrades associated with the new turrets?

Well there are people with their surnames as hitler , but for your nicknames you should kind of stay awy from such names. This being an international forum should not have the names of mass killers and hate preachers . 17 accounts that referred to hitler were asked to change . Who knows that it could be their real names too :P.so why.not change this name ?(of course not his real name but account name )

Because as I said, Osama doesn't mean he is referring to Osama Bin Laden, Osama is a common Arabic name. 

The reason he isn't asked to change his name from the mods is because his name isn't ban-able, no rule states you can't name your account by that name. On the other hand, the name "Hitler" violates rule 2.3.4 which states "Propaganda or demonstration of Nazi emblems, symbols, abbreviations or designations, names and surnames of Nazi activists".
