Bolunator ruining the game

I was playing a game in Lost Temple and Bolunator was sitting on our flag. I pulled the enemy's flag and brought it all the way back to our flag where Bolunator was waiting. He didn't let me capture the flag - he had mammoth and I had hornet - and he waited until I died so he could grab the flag and capture it, which is what he did.

 

I feel that this ruined the joy of the game for me and he must be punished in one way or another.

You need to collect evidence. The best proof is a video which clearly shows the violation. Quality of the video must allow moderators to easily understand nicknames and ranks of all the players.
