Custom keys for controls

Current key controls are W, A, S, D or arrow keys (↑, ↓, →, ←) for driving your tank, X, C, Z for rotating your turret, space bar for shooting, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 for activating your supplies, tab for scoreboard and -, = or Q, E for rotating camera up and down.

 

 

Not all keyboards are same and because of that it would be great if we could change each key separately to any other key. I believe that could improve gaming.

Support, bring keybinds to tankionline. We have to press enter to type in chat anyways so it would not bother our controls unless you happen to press enter.

 

Also dont forget "-" (minus) and "=" (equal) these control your camera, I find it difficult to change view in the middle of a heated fight when i cant see an opponent because of their position

 

It would be simple to set up, just add it to the options tab > controls

Yes, I want this option as my laptop is wierd arrow keys. I have to use an extra keyboard to play this game which I dont prefer to do for long

arrow key system of changing camera angles is very tough or impossible to do.

z,x,c controls the turret, but in german and hungarian layouts it is unusable (the z is at where the y is on the english keyboard). Let the 'y' also do what 'z' does, aka turn left. This solves the keyboard usage for a few million potential tankers, and a trivial non-harmful change.
