Really tires out your muscles, so I suggest taking the weekend off if it and drinking Whey Protein (or another one). I do not do it on a regular basis, because i'd rather wait until I fully grow. But I have done it enough as to have experience. Working out is very delicate, if you do something wrong you can slowly hurt your back. So have a trainer or someone that works at a gym show you how it is done.

do not use  heavy weights until you are over 18 years of age there are bones in the shoulders which do not fuse properly until then and you can seriously damage your self if you use weights before then as your bones at this one point are still more like cartiage so they bend

I'll keep that in mind. :)

I've had experience with Gyms. If you join it, you'll definitely get good results. However once you leave it, keeping up with your body shape gets harder and harder and eventually you cross the limit even furthermore than that of before.

Yep

Used to carry 15lbs... But some dude said they were a bit too easy for me, so I started doing 20-25s

I usually work my legs out first. And to everyone who is planning to work out, START WITH YOUR LEGS!!! If you have a huge torso and little legs, you will still be weak. So balance your muscle from torso to legs.

I used to go to the gym, I got my body in a great shape, but then school kicked in, now I still have almost the same body shape and power, but it kinda fades out when you stop..

work out 24/7 ok)

LOL

Well, i was in sports since the age of around 5 (i'm 18 now), and been weight lifting (not heavy yet) for the last 3 years (around 15 is when testosterone in Males starts to grow rapidly). So, i guess i do have some experience to share with you.

My advice would be the classic "Start slow and progress by being consistent". It is a big truth, most newcomers in Gyms go and overtrain the first day, and then are sore and can't even move for like a week (i've been there ok, not cool) but funny to watch others being there   .

Last and very important thing besides being consistent would be: Eat well, and sleep well. <--- Without those two even the best workout programm will be useless (trust me on this one too).

~Good luck with your first steps in Gym bro~

Well, I don't go to the gym.I'll start next year - as my dad says.

But, I do homely workouts - not hardcore  .Normal exercises are really good for your body. But it takes time for your body to change shape by doing so.

This ^

I usually go once a week, but have been going less and less recently due to school. Judging by how my fitness levels have decreased, I'd say it's important that you're consistent and create a schedule for exercise.. otherwise you just end up back where you started.
