this is wrong to release hammer without releasing protection from it (only thing i agree with in this comment), now all the battles with a player using hammer is predicted that 100% the team with the hammer will win. I've seen some priddy bad Hammer users mkay

and second of all the hammer reload is so fast "but railgun takes skill", the reload should be much slower What are you trying to do make it useless you're already vulnerable while reloading and reduce it's shots to 2 shots instead of 3 That'd make it worthless, are you trying to recreate Ken, but in TO?.

+always the hammer players will have the highest scores and get many crystals wich will give them back the crystals they paid as i said i seen some priddy bad hammer users. -_-

and a hammer+(Double damage)+micro upgrade will kill viking m3 with 1 shot, and mammoth or titan will take 2 shots. that's the gimmick?

these guys are crying because they can't face hammer's impact force with their puny "Railgun/Hornets". -.-

I think Hammer is bad to the game balance as it is now, they should re-balance it. it should deal damage only on short range, and very very low in medium, and nothing at all at high range. Second thing Hammer M3 should be open for higher ranks, now we have low ranks with hammer m3+ changing the way the game goes, compare the shoot of hammer and the regular shoot of smoky.. no balance at all, though smoky and hammer are at the same distance, and the fire rate is close ( 3 shots of hammer + reload time = time for 3 shots in smoky) more or less. they should reduce the damage taken from a hammer shoot, and increase the damage in smoky to make balance. i reached marshal rank after alot of effort to get smoky m3, and now hammer m3 beat me easily.

you fire 3 shots with m3 smoky in the whole hammer M4(fully mu)clip reloading (4 seconds,vs 1.4 smoky reloading),and smoky shoots even faster than m4 hammer (wiki)so that makes about 7 shots,enough for a critical hit to land(i guess that's enough to destroy a dictator m3?),you must be using your smoky in the wrong way.

1.Okay,sorry but typed thas post in a hurry .Sorry you have to read my broken English,but may i ask how many languages do you speak other than your native one.English is not even a proper language it is scientifically less accurate ,you dont pronounce what you write :/ ,you dont mean what you write,and Silenced alphabets in between alphabets -_- !!

2.No hammer does not require skill you shoot anything under 240HP and you can get the kill in 1 Clip.This is image of pro battle in Polygon DM guy on the top(notice the difference between 1st and 2nd,2nd and third,third and fourth)is using hammer with wasp -_- .All he had to do is fire first shot and he scored the kill.If you are getting hard time believing me go to RU2 play any Kolhoz DM or Polygon DM Pro battle if there is any Hammer with viking and decent paint probability of his winning is above 80%,other player hardly have any chance to face him.All i want is fair and equal chance when i go into the battle thats it nothing else .

today in hill i got 2.0 d/l with freeze. Then i left. maybe 15 min later i joined the same match with the same team, but i was using hammer and hornet now. i got 1.3 d/l with that. i think that it CAN rule the game but it is not sure..

Your point about English being a completely nonsense language I will disregard, it makes you seem like a fool, but your screenshot proves nothing. Sure he's on top of the leader board but I can do the same thing with any number of weapons in my garage. I understand you have played this game for quite awhile, but do not think you are the only one who remembers what it meant to have true skill with weapons, back when there were tiers. I think you need to come to terms with the fact that the game is changing for the better, and the developers cannot release all the updates at once, partially due to economics, and partially due to technicalities. Eventually the paints will come so I would ask for you to stop whining and stop derailing this topic. You aren't the only one but again it would be nice if we could continue on the OP.

I am stating out clear facts not whining(see "English" you read something ,you interpret something else) .I agree Developers cannot release all updates at once.All i am trying to say is .Hammer should have been released with its paints ,So everyone get EQUAL CHANCE to fight them.Now regarding the screenshot.I hope you had some analytical skills too along with your linguistic skills,you did notice he won by margin of whooping 30???  You can beat me with margin of 30 in Pro Polygon DM battle with any weapon in garage??Come with Hornet Twin in Polygon DM i will make sure that you remain in last 3."Paints will be released eventually"unlike you i don't sit around and play Tanki all day.I was looking forward to winter holidays to get some good amount of crystals for MUs ,but almost every battle,every format(DM,CP) is ruined with M4 hammers running around.If opposite team has 4 hammer titan and 1 mamoth isida its very hard to win against them.Specially in Polygon DM they camp in pit and its over for other team.I know it cannot be undone ,all i want that same mistake should not be repeated with other new gun.

I'm quite confused why you feel the need to say that "all I do is play this game," in all honesty I have only come back to see the New Years creations of Tanki, and to chat it up on the forum. This game is way to boring for me to play more than 2 hours consecutively within a day, plus I have responsibilities and a life. That aside I see plenty of battles without "M4" Hammer, its just a matter of choosing the right server.

 

Back on topic, I want to hear how people think Hammer will affect Clan Wars? When protection is released how will teams be able to use it? Offensively, Defensively, Support?

None! Who in their right mind would use a hammer in XP Online? jkjkjkjk. but really i think it would be used for support or defense. XP is one of the most predominant combos in TO and unless you're a ninja GL getting up close to them then being able to chicken away.
