I think they need to shorten the range slightly- Hammer's shots can actually land hits at ranges you'd use a Ricochet. The other stats are fine as-is, so I don't see the need to retouch anything else.

Im not sure if im correct, but wouldnt hammer with dictator be the best for catching gold boxes? With dictators stats and hammers impact force it would be pretty good right? 

And how well can hammer m1 flip its enemies, and teammates out of the way (just when gold drops)

Hammer as well as Vulcan are overpowered compared to the other turrets and should either be removed from the game or downgraded to a lower power level (as was done to other turrets in the game just recently).

No they aren't because m3 in 3 shots cannot kill m3 dictator titan or mammoth, so its not overpowered

I find it more useful in cp, and its only good in certain maps for ctf, in maps like noise, its only good when you drug

Dude, hammer is evil. Hammer user drug constantly and have killed everyone by the time they need to reload. It's not even short range. It can 2 shot a hornet from the other side of sandbox. I hate the thing. It should be removed.

 

I know this won't ever happen, since the devs would be embarrased, but it should definitely be downgraded or it should only carry 2 shots in a clip and that clip reload be decreased. Either way, I'm fed up of being 1-shotted by trigger happy noobs in hammer.

Nah , what they need to NERF is giving away 300/500/800 drugs for 50-70% off. That is what makes the Hammer seem OP. You use DD(x2FP) for most of a round it does kill a-lot, as do most other weapons, it just seems more "in your face " with hammer. DD shafts will ruin your day too.

You fight on a short range flat map like sandbox, you should expect a short-mid range weapon like

Hammer to do that. Find a bigger map, use a better gun (rico is good for SB), or drive a heavy tank.

Simple,

 

Drive a heavier tank or at least one that has 170 HP(armor) or better , and/or don't go driving up to any Hammers running DD(x2). And if you see a DD hammer approaching you  get out of line of sight and line of fire. If all that "fails" pop a double armor and go after the fool. ;)

 

I like hammer, though I usually use rico or Vulcan to kick butt, hammer is my 3rd butt-kicking turret of choice.
