Against Freeze:

Freeze is extremely dangerous to Shafts. Shaft's rotation speed in scope mode is already slow; with a Freeze attacking you, it's even slower. If they get behind you, you're dead meat, since you won't be able to face them before you get destroyed. Hiding in a corner protects you from that, at least. In general, you should run if you see a Freeze coming your way.

 

 

 

Shaft's sniping mode turning speed is immune to freeze's effect.

That's strange. In my experience, the sniping mode turning speed is vulnerable to being frozen.

Maybe there are a small difference, i will try that. When i was using M0 shaft, it was immune, maybe it has changed.

 

İf there was a difference, this is not a big difference.

the normal turning is affected, but Ive seen that in sniping mode it doesnt differ :)

The slowest turning speed can not be slower!

I really enjoy this. If anyone could tell me if I should get Viking M2 or Mammy M2 to go with my Shaft M2 I am hoping to buy at some point.

Get It. I have it, been using Shaft for a long time, you wont regret it!

this is the best one so far :P

Still I wanted to find anything new to me or any tip I don't know but everything on every guide that I did read  I already know .

 I know u guys gona say if u know all this stuff above why u search for guide ?.

well i just wanted any advice or tip from a higher ranked player that's all.

and this is the most detailed guide I found so far and really useful, so sad didn't find any thing that can help me  get better........................... :angry: great guide am sure that a lot of players will find it very useful 

we need advanced guide that cover every map on every mode out there anyone please ???

or maybe u guys check my profile and tell me what am doing wrong or right

and hell the shaft is the best and the only gun I want to play

Against Ricochet

Use there impact force to aim at them (In case they shooting at u) u aim close enough that there shots will bounce your cross to there tank for like .5 sec before it go back to its normal place ( the time frame can change see below )and this is some what hard but after some time u will find yourself ( or your hands ) auto do without thinking It will go on like this

1-U aim close  to the Ricochet player tank (not at him)

2-He shoots u and move your cross to to his tank

3- u release the space bar and hit him

That may take like 1.5 second  only or this is mostly the case with me and 50% of the time I use Quick-Sniping ^^^^^^^^^^^^

Notice that:

how much close  and how much time depends mostly on your hull and the direction he shoot from and the which corner of your tank he is shooting at

 

and last:

My English is bad and I have no Idea how to make guides  but if u have any question and any tips on how to fight and outplay your enemy with shaft vs other turret am happy to answer( Or at least I will try) ;) :) :P

Real snipers take their time to reload, so should shaft. It can reload for 10 seconds, but


should be able to destroy anything in one shoot.


Shaft users also have to have skills. Evry single turret and hull takes skills, it all depends on the tanker.


And a LOT of people just hate shaft becouse it one shots them.


 


And tanki online is slowly taking all the power from the shaft, soon there will be no power in shaft and i will porbbaly get removed.


 


As you can read in the Guide Shaft stared of powerful ass hell.


Then:


-removed the power ( A LOT OF IT)


-add laser


...... See, nothing good was ever added to shaft.


 


Laser is usless as there is not real life snipers with laser (that any1 can see)

wait wt???

they did add more damage to shaft in the few last updates and u can 1 shot most other guys with it or 2 shot them (30% charged shot +25% another charged shot will kill most hull) 201 damage is a lot  check other hulls hp and u take the most use of nuke drug  :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub:

I like the lazer add because it give bigger outplay potential and less damn campers

and full charged  shot can and will kill 2 guys if they in a line thats is so much fun i can get 4 or 5 double  kill each map

Shaft-Hornet

This is a relatively common combination at lower ranks, but not so much at higher ranks. It's similar to Wasp-Shaft in terms of use, but it has more health and stability. If you're taking a lot of punishment with Wasp-Shaft, then switching to this could be beneficial. It's also one of the better combos if you wish to fight with Shaft at close range; more on that later.
 
How it does in different gametypes:

  • CTFs: Going for the enemy flag is not a good idea. Stick to sniping enemies, especially ones going for your team's flag.
  • DMs: See my comments for Wasp-Shaft in DMs.
  • TDMs: Good for TDMs as long as you don't get too close to your enemies.
  • CPs: See my comments for Wasp-Shaft in CPs.

Special Notes:
Hornet isn't the easiest hull to drive due to its drift. Keep that in mind when you're running away from enemies. In addition, Hornet is still somewhat unstable, so watch out if you're firing in mid-air.


Of course, Shaft-Hornet is not a good combo in DM and CP. Quickscoping (quick-sniping) somewhat mitigates it weakness by: steal kills in high speed.

Killerpenguin already quitted the game from long time ago, he won't be replying any time soon or in the future.
