Bug - Unable To Take Drop Boxes

I was unable to take drop boxes (supplies) in my battle in Rio
This has happened many times before.
And not only in Rio , In other maps also.
And even when crystals boxes were there , I was sometimes not able to take them
And sometimes if a drop box is dropping and i jump and try to take it , i am unable to take it
And when it is completely on the ground , then also i am unable to take it.

Please tell me what is the solution of this problem.

That is called lag, and by judging from your PING, it is internet lag. Which means you have a slow internet connection, that is usually solved by getting a higher speed. But you can see this topic that might help with PING lag.
