Huge problem with in-game lobby chat

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I made this topic for one huge arising problem, Low rankers are saying it too much in the in-game lobby chat, Sexual explicit content, Is getting way to common now, I, Myself think more chat moderators should be appointed to server lobby chats. I see it ever time I log in, quit out of a battle, One is just there saying it, Its impossible to keep reporting them, Because there is millions of 'em doing it every hour of everyday. This is not right for the younger generation, you never know that parents might be watching them play, see the messages, bans their son/daughter from playing tanki. These messages should be handled swiftly, so that's why we need more chat moderators! Unless, you add a feature with report when you click their name and a moderator bans him/her.

I don't think this is right for the youth generation, because they could be going around saying it to others and they haven't got a cluse what it means, as they get a bit older they will be taught all this.

And, I have noticed just there, That the chat violators section is now closed, is that why the number of violations have increased?

Yes, But, In some server lobby chats, they walk away without a ban and in the in-game chat lobby, It gets really annoying.

Turn off the chat, screenshot it and report it, or just ignore it. Mods work their hardest. But they can't monitor 50 servers 24/7. They are human you know.

Yes, I know, I never said that they are not human, They should "hire" some more to help out, We can no longer report it, as the chat violators section is closed. Also, Some younger ones mightn't know how to turn off the chat.

If you go in any EN server you`ll surely see this " any girl wanna be my friend?" or they just use some dirty words.. They all should be banned for a long time so they wont do these type of things again.

I know, they are so annoying, guessing some of them have high ranks. Just because it's a little rank account, they don't care, 'cause they know they can make another one.

How can a banned stop them? The ban can't stop them from creating another account.

Have you thought of creating another account and doing the same thing? No use of reporting a little rank player who will always create another account if it got banned.

The system should be programmed to detect brake of rules and fool language and then the system does the 'If' the user does these things listed, the accounts programming chat should mathematically stop working for certain time depending on what they done wrong.

Actually, by closing the Chat Violators section, it does not reduce the work load of Chat Moderators, but rather shifts it into the chats for a more personal experience. Now the Chat Mods shall be more present than ever in the servers, as they won't have the need to focus on the forum portion. Should you care to pass your suggestion about how the Chat Moderators work on servers, please contact either of the Chat Moderator Administrators,  or @Shar0n.
