Generalissimo Hacker is not blocked and Mods are not responding

I have reported a hacking generalissimo with a very clear video and screen shots.

No response. I have reported second time this time taken the video as evidence while I reported. Still no answer.

 

Then I have posted non-blocked generalissimo issue here to share it with community.

My video has been deleted. The reason was this

Yeah you are the best alright. How can you, as a mod, say that you are not accepting chat violations anymore? I haven't heard of any news about that. Besides this isn't a chat violation but still. Now I don't share here any videos of violations because it will get locked again as it happened here:

You can always edit your PM. Besides if someone is not so good to understand basic words in english, that someone shouldn't be mod in english community

I'm chat moderator, recently chat violators section was closed, Game violators is still open though you can report game violation there such as Sabotage, Hacking. misunderstood your problem, sorry about that. 1 Report is enough repeating the same report is pointless and slow the proccess we are trying our best to finish all your reports please be paitent, once you see your topic visible in the game violators section that means it have been proccessed and taken care of. furthur questions\discussion can be contiuned in PM, thank you.
