I concur, there should be another ladder of ranks that one must make their way through after they have reached the final rank that there is currently. Essentially starting over, but with their current weapons and armour, except the guns and hulls would be considered M0, even though they have the exact same traits/values as when started that ladder. Thus this would usher in a new 3 upgraded versions of each turret/hull, only available to those who had reached that ladder. This would also make it necessary to lower the amount of time to reach the current highest rank however.

There are already too many ranks. I am not aware of any military in the world with as many ranks, but I am surprised at the number of generalissimos in the game.

You would normally make sure that only 1 in 100,000 make that rank, 1 in 10,000 be able to make commander, and so on, but it seems that pretty much anyone who hangs around long enough will eventurally make it to the highest rank.

 

Your suggestions looks to me like an excuse for you to live and die playing Tanki. Maybe you should do other things too? :)
