As for Novel - there's no point focusing on that as it's one of the rarest maps played on servers. I think it's better to try and map the locations on something like Dusseldorf or Red Alert.

It's one of the old OP kits, where paints and equipment could be bought earlier than the rank at which they unlocked. In case of Inferno, it was most likely the Heavy M2 kit, where you got Mammoth M2, Rico M2, Inferno and a couple other paints.

ohh ya i too played at that time i see kits including paints too though it would be nice for having such thing.for eg. i had dirty on just starting the game for a 7k cry kit

It's impossible to "activate it" for a normal player. To have the ability to spectate a battle you have to be a chat moderator, cybersport commentator or a member of the administration. A few select players, called "operators" have spectator mode because of their YouTube channels with regular Tanki Online content, but the option to get it is no longer available.

Btw, I think, madness drop zones aren't so helpful as other maps, cuz there it's hard to check them, best way is to look around and hope you see it...
