3 new spots, first on tribute, imagine you sliced that bridge almost in half, along a line where ta ramp coming up from the center of the map, leads to it. there is a gold box drop spot ON the bridge (not the one under it) on the right of that line you imagined (on the right of any person going up the ramp). I missed the gold box there due to a smoky wasp <_<.​ Also I was playing on esplanade and a double gold box occurred. I was flagsitting with mammoth but I actually managed to see both of them (thinking that maybe no one knew there was a gold box drop spot in that middle building, as that would have been my only hope). The first one was in the middle of the bottom almost at the far edge, and if you go to esplanade to see for yourself, you'll notice the white pavement line amongst all the brown that marks where it was. Second one was on the top, but it wasn't a pop up it was a drop (as I saw it) and it was between the middle and the blue base slopy curvy tunnel. (making me think that there is one on the other side, because the map is symmetrical.) If the possible spot since the map was symmetrical counts then this is actually 4 spots.

I recommend printing the pages out and laying the map you are playing beside you so that when gold box drops you can peek down and are instantly reminded of where it drops. Helpful techniques for very helpful topics.

Well, unless you have dual screens it's quite difficult to refer to a digital copy of the map and play at the same time.

Another one for berlin, 4 pointform details needed to pinpoint the spot.

-On the track running through the blue base.

-Beside the FLATTEST bridge that crosses over the track

-On the right of that bridge if you look at it from the blue map wall.

-Close enough that you could jump off the bridge to take the gold.

There should have been enough commotion for you to add a decent amount of spots on Cross. There have also been multiple Esplanade and Tribute spots, that's about it.

There are, but the maps are so small that you don't need to have a map of locations on them to be able to find the gold box.

No and no. The battle fund in parkour battles remains at zero the whole time, therefore making it impossible for gold boxes to drop. The only map for unique "parkour" locations would be madness, with two of its drop zones on a pillar. Other maps can be accessed from anywhere without needing to do parkour.
