controls aren't working

I died and I wouldn't respawn so I reloaded the page.  I got back into the battle and I could not move or talk.  I reloaded the page again and same thing happened.  And no I didn't bang my keyboard.  I am not sure what is wrong.  I have reloaded the page several times now. Please help.

Sometimes when you load a battle, not all of the programming loads with you. You see, when joining a battle, your tank, other tanks, the environment, programming, ect, are all added together. Sometimes only part of that will load, and the programming will stick behind for a while. Though usually a page reload solves this issue. Do you have good internet connection?

Its not just if if they have good connection its also if they have chache and they may want to have a computer with little lag or CPU Usage.thanks
