I can only say, be polite.  I don't think the developers will want to listen to a disrespectful complaint.

No, the developers do listen to feedback.  That is the reason crystal boxes were removed in the first place.

Box was Introduce by tanki and remove by tanki . Its there choice bro . We cant do anything!!!

All right fellas how about we are able to tick a box saying crystals drop when creating a battle, this way those who prefer crystals drops can go on the battle they wants and others can go on the ones they want.

Nothing is ever be forced upon the developers, as the relationship between players and developers is meant to be a friendly, good natured one. The developers will release updates that will always balance the game further, and even improve it's quality, such as the exciting two new turrets that are to be added soon! :) Though sometimes there is an update that must happen, and given the need it does, but keep in mind, the developers always listen! Remember the big changes with clans? That must have cost a substantial amount of money, and consumed a good fat chunk of time, yet when players threw it back saying they enjoyed the freedom of having their clans reside in the forum, the developers recalled the whole update. Finally, if you'd like to give feedback to the developers, please do so through an official topic such as the V-Log.
