Changing teams

i believe that tankers in the middle of battle should be able to switch teams like many other multiplayer games do. example( the other team only has 3 players and your has 9. you want to switch to help the team out but you dont want to quit and rejoin because then you would lose your crystals and score)

Move to Other Team with same Kill/Death and Score . Why Not . Nice ! .............

This would be unfair, as players would not be as dedicated to their team, and only go for the team with the better chance of winning. Anyone is currently allowed to switch teams, but at the cost of losing the XP earned whilst on your original team. That seems like a fair price to pay, as if you think you can quickly make it back by switching the other team, then go for it.
