What paint next?

Hi all,

 

I use M3 rail+M3 hornet, play mainly in silence, sepurov, monte carlo, lost temple, etc, basically mid-long range battles. I have digital, needle, spark for main protection. At the moment I'm General with about 100k. I'm considering the next paint and 3 options come to mind: Taiga, Prodigi and Picasso. I wonder which paint should I get, provided that I play long range but also have balanced taste of attack/defend? Prodigi seems really good against rail but with isida, freeze and firebird getting into close range, the other two are also tempting. I understand this might be more of personal taste and whatever that I consider the most important. However, provided that there is rank, fund and possible X'mas sale in the equation, I would like to set some goals of how I play in the next few weeks.

Hmm, I would defenitly go for Picasso, because it has a very good overall protection against Rail,Thunder, Freeze, Shaft... If you would just MU that paint a little you would have a very good paint for nearly any battle-situation.

I also use rail hornet needle, fully mu-ed.

 

I also have inferno, but the true about hornet is even when you mu it fully to 210 health, there is no way you can survive freeze, fire, isida, even with 50% protection, since hornet health is too low to take them, as most the time, close range weapon can take out mamthon in 1 charge.

 

 

smoky is most dangerous weapon in all battle to rail user, since they reload quickly, and mostly u miss 1 shot when deal with smoky, so smoky protection is on me most time.

 

picasso is good on big maps, and it is better than prodigi as it deal with shafts to a good level as well, most large map has shaft, without proper shaft protection, you will die right at enemy base.

 

Taiga, is for heavy hull with close range weapons, mostly used by twins mamthom combo.

 

Prodigi, is good for pro battle, but later, clay with mu can achieve better 50% rail, 50% thunder, 50% rico protection, so save for later as better upgrade.

 

for hornet users, zues is better than inferno.

Thank you so much for such detailed response. It seems that Picasso would be the perfect next thing to save up to. Now my follow up question. I'm half MUed both rail and hornet. Shall I MU them first or get the paint first. I'd think paint as MU for the second half cost a lot compared to the cost of paint.
