My Blocked Account

A year back, I mysteriously could not log into my main account, unicornninja. I have no idea what happened. It did not say I got banned or anything. I did not change my password at all. Even, now, when I type unicorninja: in chat, it is still the same rank (lieutenant colonel). Admin please help? :( :(

I mean that when I put my regular username and password in, all it says is 'password incorrect'. I have no idea why, and so my friend told me to come here so here I am.

The only plausible explanation for such a message, is that someone else has changed your password. They could have gained access to your account by guessing your password, using the same computer as you, assuming that you have Tanki set to automatically log you in, or via your e-mail, if your account is linked to it, which would cancel out the possibility of them gaining access through your account, as it always needs e-mail confirmation if linked. And just for clarity's sake, when you say block, you actually mean that you just can't get in. Because if your account were blocked, you would have been given a message saying so, upon attempting to log in.

most likely you have forgotten your password

if you wish to get it back you must use the email linked to it or answer the questions they ask correctly (you must email help@tankionline.com and make sure you have some screens using the account so more chance of getting your account back

Hello fellow tanker.

Your account is not blocked. Perhaps you changed the password and forgot it, if the account linked to your email recover your password from the login page. If it not linked to your email and the account belongs to you contact Help@tankionline.com .
