Question regarding Lost Account

Hi all,

 

I followed the instructions on how to recover a lost account.  I lost my main account, airfixfw, and foolishly decided to not link it to my email address.  Beware all of you!  After following the instructions, my question is, when will the TankiOnline Staff/Admin respond?

But can’t they prove the account is yours by tracking the i.p? The i.p of the person who stole your account could be tracked and the i.p you have and you are currently using linked to this account you are posting on could be proven too?

Yes, when you apply for any staff position, you are not guaranteed to get into the position you applied for. Additionally, I've noticed your rather low rank. Presently, you'd technically only be eligible to apply to be a Reporter, as they have no rank minimums set for applications. :)

Ok, that would seem logical, but he specifically said Tanki Staff, and the Technical support team is certainly different.

Some people just don't have great knowledge of speaking English as much as the others. So you need to guess a lot. :)

Haha, yes, sometimes it does come to guessing, but we try to get down into the specifics to help a player to the best of our ability, and then if need be, guess out the final bits and pieces we didn't really understand. :)
