I hope they add it to the regular servers for a trial run of testing. Like they did for the recent "experiment". Test servers never offer an accurate representation of how things will work in regular games. In the test servers everyone's stuff is all the same, so how can you accurately say it is over or underpowered. I'm guessing everyone is testing fully micro updated M3's so the turret may seem balanced in this situation, but may completely overpowered against M2 stuff.

Cmon, if you open the servers, you have to think ahead. A new turret, the last one more than a year ago? Right now? In the test server!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!! That is what most people think...But no, its battles where the odd one or 2 have shotgun, the rest trundling around in their m0 hunter smokys. Seriously???

In the last test you chose the hull and the paint then upgraded and tested at each level to see how it did at least that's the way I did it and see how the game went. Of course everyone went from 0-3+ in one jerk motion.
I figured out I am wasting my money on the Dictator I had the chance to try the M3 version on the test and was as stodgy as it is as a M2. Too bad it was not like it was before the re-balance it was smooth just seemed to glide, not now. 
Sorry but still wont let me test so I will just have to wait and see when it comes out.
