Test the upcoming shotgun turret!

The pellets could use some sparks when hitting something...

Because now with some distance you haven 't got a clue if you hit your target right or if you could have hit it much better.

 

Same with rocking/tipping. It works but you can only guess the amount of tipping because I 've got no single clue where

I 'm hitting my opponent.

 

Some tiny sparks glowing very shortly when impacting would be a great help.

Otherwise this gun maybe destined to become a noob weapon: just shooting (somewhere, but where?) in the dark.

I'm kind of disappointed at the name of it "HAMMER'

It's not as descriptive or creative as Firebird, or Freeze, or as unique as Isida in my opinion.

But that's just my opinion.

 

I voted for Pitbull. :P

Hey, tankers!

 

Work on the new turrets is in full swing! Today, for the first time ever, you can try out the Shotgun turret for yourselves and help us polish it to perfection.

 

The shotgun has 3 rounds in its clip. Reloading starts once you've unloaded all 3 of them. The gun can deal damage to several tanks at once with its scatter shot. Each of these will receive damage according to the number of pellets hitting it. Its close-range impact force, as well as its clip reload time, can be compared to that of a Railgun. The timing between shots is comparable to Smoky's.

 

Of course, the parameters as currently set on the test servers are not final. We are doing our best to make sure the shotgun turret fit the current arsenal of weapons as perfectly as possible, in terms of its balance, role on the battlefield and of course the emotion it gives you. What we need now is your feedback to make sure we are on the right track.

the reload time has a very big problem you can put it like we can use it in half reload also

i think i am the few lucky ones who got to play for 2 mins in the server ( i went on it as soon as i saw the news). Are u mods just making us waste our time here?

minimum of 20k tankers are trying to get in the servers ....

there are just 2 out of 7 servers working ( excluding the server 1  that's exclusively for the tanki official testers)

so u expect all of us to fit in these 2 servers??

and i bet not more than 100 tankers actually got to play it lag free!

what are you coming upto?

now please tell me why the most obselete name of HAMMER was chosen over the one that was voted by the most number of tankers? 1500 voted for Magnum and 730 voted for Hammer . magnum got x2 votes!!
 
 
and yeah this turret is really nice .. i liked playing with  it in Polygon CP(though i played for around 2-5 mins :P)
 
PLEASE OPEN MORE SERVERS (is money a problem? ) :huh: 

 

yes open more servers i can only play for hardly 5 min

everyone stop complaining about it being so OP, you guys forgot that it will probobly have the strongest protection paints you guys ever seen ( "

So we waste our hard earned crystals saved for turrets and hulls to buy paints which will protect us from this OP turret???

What is that????

Why is damage of M1 greater than M2....is Tanki crazyyy. Answer this devs.....why would people buy M2 when M1 does greater damage??
