nice :) but the pro battle update is not really good previously pro battle update is good because in that we only have to pay crystals 500 and now we cannot play with small ranks friends :(  :(  :(

Hello tankers!

 

The updated and improved battle list is already in the game. The changes made are largely based on your feedback. Battles are now sorted in a more logical way, while important info on each battle is readily available without any extra clicks.

 

One major flaw is the removal of name creation of battle, Starladder teams are required to write the the teams playing and series or RC, it also aided players for parcouring and speciality battles, also many famous players name their battles the same all the time.

I miss not being able to hide formats I was not interested in, and not having all my friends battles at the top I now have to scroll through 300 battles to find them all.

 

I have often though about what aspects of the battles I was searching for when scrolling though available battles.

Mainly I start by:what battles are my friends in

see if they need help, private chat between players would be great, but get by, by checking strength of teams and score. 

next I look for:

Standard or pro battle

What battle mode I wish to play

What map I wish to play

How many players are on the teams and estimate their strengths.

 

If I couldn't find one that suited me, I would create a battle, or check for friends on other servers and start over.

Actually this update pretty bad! would be nice if they brought back 10 crystal box.Hard to save since everything is so expensive for upgrades.They should lower prices if there going to add more items in garage .I really think people will lose interest in game .I have not playing that mush anymore since all these ridiculous updates like they say .If it an't broke dont fix it .Game was much better before all these updates .I Realyy dont know what these developers are thinking they are ruining the game! Personally imo this game anymore is all about money .They dont listen in these forum what players really want.Just way to many updates If they dont be careful alot of players will get fed up & leave . <_<

many tankers have alternative accounts. they also have friends at lower ranks. if they cant see the battles where lower rank players play they cant play together with their friends. so many flaws...

Sorted in a more logical way is a point for you!

But what about the 4 selectors at the bottom (DM, TDM, CP, CTF)? It was a very fast way to just show the kind of battles player is interested on. Was the decision of drop it a result of our feedback?

 

 

We have also decreased the range of ranks for low and middle rank battles and made several changes to the way PRO battle pass works.

•Battle info will now include battle mode, map name, battle duration, and time left till the end of the round. All the info is now in the same place.

So after being excluded from everything else, NON PRO Players are now also excluded from creating private battles?

Why? Did we told you that? Was it a result of "OUR FEEDBACK"? Feedback of whom?

 

If there are players only playing for fun, why even they have ranks or care about it?

Sure that you can push a tankionline based version for players that just want to have fun! Strip from that version, ranks, power-ups, shaft (I don't know how much fun someone has sitting waiting to hit someone), and strip a lot of other things.... btw strip the whole game...

 

Are we being punnished, why?

 

 

 

•We have removed custom battle names as these were often distracting and misleading, and sometimes even contained inappropriate language.

Misleading... yes, but nothing you can't fix, after all seems there are some plans but just for PRO!

 

Distracting? Did we told you it was distracting? It was often the only way we can use to recognize a battle for which we want to return, after one of your infamous "... An error has occurred. Please reload (or reenter)...".

btw, how much time did you spent fixing that?

 

In all the time I've played, I never saw any battle with inappropriate language... stupid names YES, inappropriate language... NO... not really.

 

I'm quit sure that using appropriate filters and using some "regular expression search" you could even prevent the creation in the first place, of battles with inappropriate names. You know... I'm a developer myself ( IT engineering ) so I know those things.

 

 

 

•We have narrowed the rank limits in battles for tankers of lower and middle ranks. Now they will face opponents of their same weight category more often.

I've already thought about this, but I have choosed to leave the decision of "narrowing the ranks" to the game creator (so I say nothing about it). Instead I would prefer to display a better and VISIBLE icons of the allowed ranks, so player can see exactly against whom he will playing, before actually playing.

 

However, this is not a bad choice and for me it makes sense, yet with a little more search I can find the right game for me without it being forced on me.

 

However you could had implement a kind of search bar "similar in functionality to the one in the ranks in game creation" at the bottom near the other 4 filters (DM, TDM, CP, CTF).

 

It should go like this:

First we choose one from the 4 classic filters, with their classic behavior. If we want to, we could click on some button (near the 4 filters) saying "Search Rank", and a bar would show starting only with our rank in the middle of other 2 ou 4 ranks. The displayed games will change for those only matching this new filter (including the removal of non allowed games (the gray ones).

By exercising that bar (moving left or right, narrowing it or enlarge it), a more or less number of games will be displayed. That way we could use that bar to narrow the search for the games we are interested. A "reset" button will remove the "Search rank" button, and will restore the classic view showing again all games, the ones that match our rank, as well the ones that don't.

As I predicted in some previous post, more and more features will be drooped for non-pro / non-payer players, and more will be left even added to pro payer players.

 

I think now it is the excellent time for me to stop playing this. I guess I will be very... VERY disappointing with the next update.

 

For this reason I'm asking someone, Where is the account deletion option / button whatever. I want to exclude any possibility to come back without keeping myself thinking, there is an account with my "name" just catching dust and gaining mold.

 

 

However (tankionline people)... please don't, consider us as idiots... using us to:

 

- Justify your implementation decisions!

Saying it was our feedback (if even you care about feedback at all, because many changes comming from so called "feedback" seems not being things any player would say in any feedback).

 

- If you really rely on some of our feedback, don't jump on it with your heads, since the "feedback" often comes from players that don't have any idea of what they really want. (you don't jump from a bridge just because someone told you so).

 

- If there is some reasoning and good ideas in the so called feedback, at least please, do choose a more inteligent way to implement those ideas. Stripping features is not necessarily the good way to do things.

 

And if something is preventing me for this decision, even the fact that I'm only at 8000 points to rank up from "Second Lieutenant", there is this forum warning I catch today...

 

So now we are returning to times were we should keep our mouth shut. Not agreeing with anything and saying nothing, if we want to stay alive.

 

And before I go, someone tell me what does this mean, XP, XP-K, XP-BP, BP?

Guys, give it some time, you will get use to it, and you will see that it's much better than the old one

 

Maybe yea, it's better if the name of the battle return, specially because we need it when we play clan vs clan on tournaments

Xp means railgun hornet

Xp-k means railgun hornet without protection.

Bp means wasp railgun.

To make the game just for who want to spend money .. Same like Others make with HoN ( HeroesofNewerth) , in the beggining they made it for free , after 2 years , when players start to join (over 180k online every day) they changed it just for buyers , 10$ for account , in 4 months they almost almost went bankrupt . after that they open for free again but , the smart ideea , the buyers could get some more than free players !
